Gili's Sub Shop Cafe — Restaurant in Hollywood

Located along N 29 Avenue, Gili's Sub Shop Café is a small place that offers the following:

There is limited parking at Gili's. You have to park your vehicle in the reserved parking spaces at either businesses on both sides of Gili's. There are adequate table seating for customers if they want to eat at the shop. There were a few people inside as I stopped by to get a slice a pizza, which I was told by the female behind the counter that I had to get myself from the countertop hot food display warmer. Since I was starving, I picked the fattest slice off the tray. Though the pizza slice was a little greasy, it was warm and satisfactory. The tomato sauce and cheese was evenly applied to the crust. I am constantly looking to place large Lunch orders for busy work crew who are working on roofs in all hours - I found Gillis sub shop -while looking for inspiration at night and called after 9pm hoping yo leave a message.

Gili answered the telephone even though his shop Closes At 5pm and could not have been more helpful.

I must say since I deal with Gili what seemed like a full time job with supply and delivery headaches is now a breeze. Thank you so much Gili!

Gillis friendly personal service is matched by the great tasting quality of the food at more than reasonable prices.

Although a little further away than I usually source it definitely worth the few minutes extra drive.

I travel extensively and am in from out of town. First time here to this shop. Always looking for an excellent sub or hoagie being from New Jersey. Gili the owner is super friendly however, 117 reviews and a 4.8 rating tells me a couple of things. One, a lot of friends, family members or paid reviews posting 5-star reviews with NO description of what they purchased. Two, specifically asked for no oil and vinegar and to add provolone cheese. No cheese added and oil vinegar was added. Look at the picture. What does this remind you of? RaceTrac, 7-Eleven? Exactly. Processed thick sliced rubber turkey on a Wonder white bread roll.
