On 12/12/24, my mom, aunt & I decided to get lunch from here after I left my ophthalmologist appt. We were having a pleasant day until we encountered the waitress (who seemed to be very irritated). When she came over, she didn't greet us the way one would normally be greeted at a restaurant. She walked up & said, "yall ready to order"? My aunt (who rarely eats out) started to order but had a few questions. The waitress seemed annoyed at my aunt for the questions she asked & only said in response, "I don't know" while shrugging her shoulders. But no big deal, we finished ordering & everything was fine. I had ordered the chicken wings w/buffalo sauce but was reminded by my mom that the last time we came, I got the whiskey glaze sauce & liked it a lot. So when I saw the waitress again (which was only about 3 minutes after we ordered), I called her over & asked was it too late to switch my chicken sauce flavor to whiskey glaze. She rolled her eyes & so I decided not to switch because I didn't want to cause any hardship. So I said, "I'm sorry, I'll just keep it as is". Without any response she walked away. However, in conversation, my aunt & my mom started having a disagreement in regard to what they had ordered (they both ordered the bucket of bones, which they had ordered in the past). However, this item was not listed on the menu, but the waitress said that it was still available, so that's what they ordered. The confusion came in because my mom said that it came with ribs & chicken wings, but my aunt disagreed & said that the waitress called it a bucket of chicken & she was under the assumption that it came with only chicken wings. So when we saw the waitress again, we tried to get her attention & call her over to our table. This time, she turned around with so much anger & yelled at us from about 2 tables away, "what yall need"? So I gestured for her to come here because I was not going to try conversing with her from tables away & she stood there yelling, "what, what is it"? So I said, why are you being so rude? She started ranting, "I'm not being rude, yall calling me & I want to know what the problem is". The other customers even looked confused by what was happening. I said, "you are being very rude" and that's when she came over to the table arguing. When she walked away, my mom, aunt & I got up from the table & walked out. We were all extremely humiliated & felt so disrespected. I started to ask for the manager but my mom, who is as sweet as pie, said, "no, let's just let it go & let God handle it. Maybe she's just having a really rough day". But her day couldn't have been that rough because besides us, there were only about 2 other tables that she was attending to (the place was super empty, as it was only about 2 or 3 in the afternoon). Read more11/02 “Let’s get something different tonight, I’m tired of us playing it safe” famous last words before we decided to order TGIFridays. My husband and I decided to order TGIFriday as a treat. Unfortunately we were EXTREMELY disappointed. From missing items, to mysterious items to just bad tasting food. My husband got the New! Fridays Feast Pick 2, no AB sauce on the chicken fingers (although we asked for it), no side order of garlic bread we asked for, and no side order of apple butter sauce. The chicken fingers have 0 flavor, but also tasted like it was fried in old oil. The half rack ribs tasted burnt and had no meat on it. If I’m being honest, the ribs (in both his and mine) tasted exactly what old sewage water smells like, I know it’s a gross thing to describe it to but it’s the only thing to best describe it. I ordered the FRIDAYS ™ Big Ribs, Mac and cheese was decent, the ribs like I said were not good, my order was suppose to come with a Coke Zero and I got some mysterious apple juice/Beer looking drink that smelled like nothing so I could not tell what it was (immediately down the drain) clearly not what I ordered. I ordered a side of mashed potatoes and I did not receive it, the 1 item my toddler really wanted, gave him my Mac and cheese and my husbands fries instead. In total including driver tip, we paid $60.89. An it was not worth it. Kinda of disappointed. I called the restaurant and spoke to a young lady who I told what happened and she said she wrote down my name and number and she’d let her manager know to give me a refund , she also said if I don’t see a refund reflect my account to call in 2 days to speak to the manager. Read moreTo finally get to travel after two and a half years due to the pandemic, I was excited to dine at one of my favorite food place. The host was not welcoming at all and she appeared to have came to work with her home problems. After we were seated the waitress came to us informing us that her name was Lyric. She took our order from us. The place was not busy at all for the long wait and to top it off Lyric was not focused at all. She brought us our food with missing items and when it was brought to her attention she went to get it, stayed more than 20 minutes and returned without what she went to get. The food was cold and not appealing at all. There was a staff behind the bar we asked for assistance because at one point we thought Lyric had clocked out and went through the back door. (for how long she took) The lady that was at the bar was unprofessional she got upset because customers was asking her for assisting and that was not where she was stationed to work. I personally feel that regardless to where you're stationed to work in an establishment "YOU'RE SUPPOSE TO BE A TEAM" TGIFRIDAYS is not the first time me dining I would always make TGIS Fridays a place to dine when I'm in Florida I can't go back home unless I dine at one of their locations. We couldn't finish our food because it was not up to the standards like it use to be. I respectfully mentioned to Lyric about the poor customer service and she was nonchalant with it.
