Lemongrass Hot Pot offers an impressive array of fresh and flavorful ingredients. The "create-your-own" hot pot concept is perfect for customizing the meal to personal preferences. Ā Ā Ā Read moreHave been wanting to go to their Boca Raton location with the family but it was too far of a drive for everyone so I was happy to learn this location popped up right across the street from the Seminole Hard Rock Casino. There are plenty of tables available on a Saturday night. It's pricey but as with any buffet you can eat unlimited, although be careful you don't leave any food behind or you get fined for it. Our waiter was very attentive, always stopping by the table to check on us. Our water never got refilled but he did stop by once to add more liquid to our soup base. The whole dining concept is simple. Choose the soup base you want your food to cook in and then choose all the foods you want to cook in the soup base. I had the signature soup base which is like neutral tasting soup. I would prefer to get another soup base with flavor if I go back again. Seafood soup base was pretty good. If you finish all the food on the table and want to eat more you just write down on the paper menu what else you want to order and hand it to the waiter who always seems to be around. The individual portions are small so you might want to indicate a number more than one for each food item you want to eat. There is also a condiment and dessert bar at the far corner of the restaurant where you can get varieties of sauces to dip your cooked food in if you want, fruits, desserts, and ice cream. I had red bean and green tea ice cream which was okay, not too sweet. I'm already excited about suggesting this place for our annual holiday dinner with my coworkers and introduce them to this Chinese...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLooking for the worst service you could get within 5 mins of your walk-in before you were even seated? Looking for a server who shows no respect at all? This is the place!!! Walked in with my friend and my service animal in a suitcase pet carrier. Have been nicely cooperating when asked for service animal ID and asked to move us to the corner by a male server even before we were seated. Then, out of the blue he started saying āif things got out of control like if the dog got out, we may ask you to leaveā while nothing has happened and my dog didnt even moved a bit or make any sound at all! I said okay my dog is super well behave. He said next time you need to inform us before? How? Not like you found out about it in the middle of my dine-in. Then I said you can see the dog from all angles of the pet carrier. Itās obvious, otherwise how can you know or tell. Plus, we just walked in a minute ago and itās not like I can put a sign on my face that I have a dog. I didnāt want to argue with someone that has no idea about respect, I said āthank you and forget itā then walked out of there. Just 5 minutes after I walked in before I was seated, I decided to leave with all these troubles and assumptions heās making and the way we were treated. He could have just said they donāt take service animal, so i can just call the police. Hope one day he could learn to show some respect. Will never come back again and do not recommend this place! Plenty of hot pot options in town now! Master Baās in FTL and Sunrise or drive 5 mins go to Miami Hot BBQ with way more friendly staffs and more...
