This store charges you a 2% fee for paying with a credit card. I didn’t see any posted signs or the associate telling me of this fee at checkout! I only noticed when I opened my email of the receipt. When I called back, the manager said there’s nothing can be done since the sale is final and offered a 10% discount on my next purchase. I wouldn’t return even for a 50% discount. On top, I was told, many luxury and high end retails in Miami charge a credit card fee. I shop in other high end in Miami. This is no “high end” policy!!! It’s just another way add more to your profit and rip customer off without telling them. Overall bad way to pass on cost and leaves a bad taste after paying full price and expensive items.

Love this brand AND this location! Juan and Zee are great. If that don’t have something, they make sure they find it at another location. The brand is quality.
