Worst Experience ever!! They have messed up our order completely and we confirmed that the order on the screen was correct. They were really unprofessional didn’t know what our order was. Gave us incorrect orders. Made us wait over half hour for our drinks and food. Told us to pull up near the door and directed us that someone will come out and give us our orders. We waited an additional 10 minutes, at this point she came out and scolded and attacked me for their mistake and inconvenience. Then she told me that she would go in there and print me out a receipt that they don’t owe me another drink which in fact I paid them $40 to be exact and the total came out to be roughly $37 something. She told me she had evidence that she had given me all of my orders and I told her specifically that we are still missing one more. She still started to attack me. Then she came out and printed me a made up receipt that didn’t match the orders that she had mistakenly given me. I never had this happen to me at this place before. Warning you she wasn’t pleasant to talk to. They had no signs of professionalism whats so ever!! Can’t believe they came out with a made up receipt including false orders, inaccurate time we were there, and also the amount of change we had given to them. I am beyond shocked that their employee came out to verbally attack and not even apologize for their mistake. Unfortunately, the worker did not bother to notice that she was at fault. Read moreMy last review, a year ago, was 5 stars. I dont spend much time with a review but that day I must have been impressed. Today I placed a mobile order. Instead of waiting in the que to get to the box, I pulled to the window. I was told to drive around, get back in line because I had skipped. I opted to walk in and started this review. After waiting in line to tell them I was picking up a mobile order I was directed to the pick up area and told I had skipped the line. At this point I asked for the manager. George was kind enough to explain the policy that I was supposed to stay in the drive thru line but skip the order box or come inside to pick up my order from the pick up area. I expressed coming inside was no different from what I did. Then it was the safety of the drivers and avoiding accidents. Seeing my frustration and understanding that I am a repeat customer, George offered and I accepted a service recovery card. I proceeded to the pick up area to find an empty cup with my name on it. No one had bothered to make my mobile order! Now I feel completely dismissed. It is difficult to believe that they get every mobile order, label the cup and then not make the order and put empty cups in the pick up area. All of George's efforts to recover were for not. His employees actions (the young lady at the drive thru and the young man at the counterl were intentional and they made zero attempt to satisfy the customer. NO ONE SHOULD BE TREATED BADLY NO MATTER THEIR COLOR, RACE, AGE, GENDER, ETC. Terrible location with very rude staff. One ignored me when I requested the restroom code, no idea why they returned to locking it after all the problems they had. Another employee, I asked, gave it to me. The rude person even turned her back on me when I asked her why she didn’t help me before, right in front of the shift supervisor, who just watched and said nothing. No apology, no, calling the employee to the side and speaking with her or some thing.
