The store is really nice and well stocked, but as an employee, management sucks. I started work here on the 2nd of Nov. but once i noticed my work schedule was as a cashier ONLY ( a position I didn't apply for), I guess that's why it's only 2, maybe 3 cashier lanes open. The manager gave me a packet to basically train myself, not to mention i was told from the manager, DAVID, that my lunch break was 45 minutes only to be questioned and watched on the other days I worked about breaks according to hours scheduled which was never explained. Coming to terms, the position is not for me, I quit. At the time of this review, I still haven't received my paycheck. After calling the Department of Labor, I was informed my check was there and will be mailed to me. WOW, no phone call to even inform me my check was there, that was on Nov. 20. Remind you that the pay period is every week. It's Nov. 30th and still haven't received my check.🤷🏾‍♀️ It's December 2, still no check, had to call Dept. I have to say that I love this Homegoods location! It is one of their bigger stores and has a giant selection of all kinds of cute things for every room in your home. I can not go to this store and buy just one thing! Kinda like those potato chips. You can't just eat one.

I needed to update a few things around the apartment so my cart was full by the time I got done with what I wanted. Then my daughter wanted to buy a few things for her apartment. So we had 2 carts going. We wound up asking one of the staff if he could help us load up the car, and he nicely agreed to help us. Thank you!

Homegoods always has great prices and markdowns on their merchandise. The value is there because they don't carry really cheap looking things. They carry good quality at reasonable prices. They don't carry designer goods nor designer prices. It's a fun place to shop! The store is always packed with people shopping. The cashiers are fast, and the line moves quickly. It is one line, but there are 4-5 cashiers.

Good afternoon I was just at the Homegoood’s location in the oak wood plaza in Sheridan Hollywood Fl. I visit this location regularly and I have never had a negative experience until today. I bought two pieces of furniture when the employee went to ring it up the price did not match what I saw, when we went to go verify the chairs had been price tagged incorrectly. The employee called over the Manager (Analia) who didn’t say hi or ask how could she could help us. Simply stated that’s the price and walked away. I went back to the register and paid the price they said it cost. I asked to speak to Analia the “Manager” again. When she came she had an attitude and was very inconsiderate she proceeded by showing me her lanyard with pins which I assume she was trying to tell me she had good customer service. She made me not want to return to this location again due to the poor customer service she provided.
