Subway — Restaurant in Hollywood

I would like to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for Dilaida and the exceptional work she does every time I visit the store. From the moment you walk in, she greets you with a warm smile and a positive, welcoming attitude that immediately brightens your day. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for the customers truly set her apart.

The store is consistently well-maintained, clean, and organized, which is a direct reflection of her dedication and strong work ethic. Dilaida’s commitment to excellence is evident in everything she does—from the atmosphere of the store to the high quality of the food she prepares. I can confidently say she makes the best sandwiches there, and it’s always a pleasure to be served by her.

That being said, it is disheartening to see that she is often working alone. I was just in the store the other day and witnessed firsthand how busy it was, with customers lining up to the door. Despite being clearly overwhelmed and under a great deal of pressure, Dilaida continued to provide friendly service and treat every customer with kindness and respect including myself and my children, who absolutely adore her.

It’s clear that she goes above and beyond in her role, and I truly believe she deserves additional support. No one should have to manage such a high volume of work alone, and I hope that management will take notice of her incredible efforts and ensure she receives the assistance she needs to continue performing at such a high level without compromising her well-being.

Dilaida is a true asset to your team, and I hope her hard work and dedication are recognized and rewarded...

Knowing that all Subway locations are independently owned allows each to operate and deliver quality standards independently of a well established network. Generally when we go into a Subway location we are greeted, treated and engaged with well, but the location I have indicated here in Hollywood is above and beyond better than the rest. We go fairly regularly and are treated so kind and friendly every single time … making us feel the appreciation for being so committed to their service but it’s US that appreciate THEM more than they know. They prepare the grinders according to their customers request and are very quick and efficient at delivering in a timely manner. The quality of the food is excellent and the cleanliness within is always perfect. I don’t know what more I can say other than there are a lot of Subway locations, but I highly advise everyone to drive that extra mile and bring that location more business… there isn’t a lot can do for them when service and the quality of that is so pleasantly shown, but we CAN pay it back by being another faithful customer that truly appreciates all...

The server was really rude. She asked my husband if anything else, so my husband asks me if I wanted to order something else, I proceed to answer and asked her if she had yellow cheese, she rudely told me to give her a second and that she was talking to him not to me. So I told her we are together. To which she replied well give me a second then...so I said I’m just answering what you asked. She got very upset and went “oh my God” and walked away turning her back on us while rolling her eyes, all this in front of many other customers. Very unprofessional and obviously incompetent. At the end my husband told her to forget it since they didn’t even have shredded yellow cheese. I mean...if you hate your job why did you apply for it in the first place. I’m sure she ain’t moving up in life anytime soon. She’ll be working at Subways for the rest...
