Very unprofessional staff at this store. FRANCES was very rude and sarcastic. Needs better coaching on how to be receptive when communicating with customers. Very defensive and cast blame where there is none. They made a mistake and tried to pin their mistake on me and even referred to me as being a possible thief. I spend so much money in Michaels and would never expect this treatment. Last week, I went to the store in Coral Spring made a large purchase realize that the cashier did not charge me for three items so I went back in and asked the cashier to charge me. She thanked me and mentioned that the cashier helping her missed the items. Never did she accuse me of stealing. How's that for INTEGRITY.
