I won’t be unfair and say the food is not good, however I am truly disappointed in the service with this place. We spend money there weekly, and made an error on an app for placing an order. I paid a six dollar tip thinking a driver was coming and after an hour, no order. When I called to check status, they told me it was a pick up. I asked for the six dollar tip back and they told me it was my error so they charged me. I did pick up. I said that they had my number, and at any time could have called me to see if we were coming. Again, We order there weekly, including several parties. Girl who answers the phone told me speaking to her was “null and void” and that I should speak to the manager. The manager, which sounded like the girl who is always there, said they are too busy to track orders and I told her I was really disappointed. I said we won’t be ordering there anymore and she said that it was fine. So apparently, they are very busy, and don’t need our business. Good for them. Update 11/5: the app Slice worked to refund the $6 to my account so since I can’t leave a rating for Slice here, I wanted to include a note to let everyone know how helpful Slice was (who I’ve only used maybe three times, versus my long time support of Luigis). I also see I received a comment from “the owner” with an apology and that they would work to do better but I have to say- most of the negative comments I read were about the nasty attitudes and the staff there isn’t changing, pretty sure it’s family. Read moreMan! so close to 4 or 5 stars! food is great but I used their online order menu and received a confirmation email from Slice. Apparently Slice is the platform used to place online orders for Luigis. About 20 minutes after the confirmation email from Slice I received another email from slice team member stating he was sorry but Luigis was closed, it was 530pm on a Friday. Received another email a minute later stating my credit card would be refunded in 3-5 business days, ughh!! Had a hungry 6 year old and a a tired and hungry wife on the way home from work! Called Luigis directly and got a very nice woman on the line who put me on hold for a few minutes and assured me Luigis received my order. as soon as I hung up Slice called me from New York and asked me if I still wanted the order! Now I'm getting pretty annoyed! I told Slice "yes, I still want the order"! I hung up with them and received another email stating that my order was being prepared!! Then I got another call from Luigis asking if they charged my card, SMH! A very nice delivery man did eventually show up with my food and it was really good but I received mozzarella sticks instead of jalapeños poppers and a roasted pepper salad instead of Caesar salad! thank god my family was so hungry. Read moreLast time we tried to order from your restaurant, the person answering your phones was more interested in arguing with whomever was behind the counter with her, then I gave up after being on hold for close to 10 minutes.Gave it another shot tonight, and whomever answered your phone was not friendly at all, I had to ask if I was even calling the right place...placed my order and was told an hour before delivery. Understandable. I asked for pizza fries with light sauce and crispy cheese. It looked like your "chef" put extra sauce and MOUNDS of half melted cheese. The chicken tenders I ordered were cold, as well as the fries underneath. Won't be ordering from your restaurant again.
