I have had many issues with this location, it saddens me because it’s so close to home and I wanted to keep giving them a chance but at this point it’s not worth it. It all started when papa Murphy’s was doing heart shaped pizzas for Valentine’s Day and I had ordered a few but they weren’t even heart shaped (thankfully I got a refund). I ordered from them again and I was supposed to get a papas favorite and a Herb Chicken Mediterranean, I had someone pick up my pizzas for me and the papas favorite ended up being just cheese (didn’t get a refund on that one). At this point I wanted to give up on this location but wanted to give them another chance so I ordered yet again two pizzas and cinnamon monkey bread. I came in to a empty store, no employee to be found, thankfully my pizzas looked great but there was no monkey bread to grab from the cooler so I had to stand around and wait for a employee to realize a customer was out front and I had to wait for them to make the monkey bread. At this point I was patient and very understanding I was happy with my products but still not happy about the inconsistency they continue to have. But this last order from earlier this week is my final straw. I again ordered two pizzas and monkey bread. Came in to the store to pick up (yet again a ghost town, no one to be seen) grabbed my pizzas, no monkey bread again, stood and waited to be seen. Asked for the monkey bread and she told me they were out. My card was charged for it and they took my name and number so I could get a refund. But it’s been days and I still haven’t gotten my refund from them. Also by the time I got home to cook my pizzas they didn’t have any instructions on the bottom on how to cook it. I’m just so upset with purchasing the same products multiple times and the quality is never consistent, the inventory is never fully stocked, there’s so much lack of customer service and bottom line always a issue no matter how many...
Read moreWe came in at 6:41 pm no other customers were in the store. Ordered our pizza, then other customers came in and ordered their pizza and their pizza got made right away before ours. 10 minutes later they tell us that they are out of family size crusts. How can you be out of family size crusts? I never had that happen before at a Papa Murphy's. So we tell them we will take 2 larges, In the mean time more customers come in and place their order and the workers make their pizza right away while we are still waiting. One of your Employees was so worried about making her parents pizzas before everyone elses that there were call ahead customers that their pizzas never even got made. We finally get one pizza, my husband takes it out to the car and comes right back in and gets ask if he is there for pick up. No we have been here for 20 minutes waiting for our pizzas. Really?... needless to say we left there at 7:15 pm with our Pizza's a half hour later. The employees looked like they are High School Students and if they are, where is the Manager to help organize and guide these employees on a busy Friday night? Another thing, when employees put their gloves on and are waiting to make a pizza, you are not suppose to be touching your hat or pulling your pants up and then make a pizza. That is not sanitary. You are working in the food business. Never coming back to the Holmen...
Read moreI want to start this out by saying that Papa Murphy's is my favorite takeout pizza. I have always had positive interactions in other locations. We have now tried this location 3 times since moving to the area. The lady who appears to be running it is incredibly rude. First time we were in, she just acted like we were wasting her time. Second we did an online order, one of which was a create your own. My email receipt clearly stated the default red sauce. She instructed her staff to make it without sauce because I did not specify a sauce? It was the default, if I wanted no sauce, I would have specified no sauce and it would have been on my online receipt. We got it corrected, but not after her quite literally scolding me about putting the order in wrong. I digress, we tried again last night. I should have known by the vibe when I walked in that she was on a roll again. I walked in to a handful of very somber people standing there with their heads down (much different than the vibe in our old city...even if there was a wait, the vibe didn't feel off as you waited, it was just busy). There was quite a wait. Had she not been so rude about it, I would have placed my order and come back. I instead went down to Pizza Corral, where I ordered a great pizza and was met by some very friendly people. I'll gladly drive down to Onalaska to not have to deal...
