Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Holts Summit

I placed my order online and this was completely handled messed up I have ordered from this place with the same information on my website a hundred times I had to call for an hour and a half before I finally got someone to pick up the phone and she instantly snapped on me told me she canceled my order and sent it to door dash because she felt like my Lot number wasn't included I didn't get a single phone call or anything. It was so inappropriate to be spoken to like that and this was the manager Jennifer....you need to be fired because she claims she had $1,000 an hour some how was my fault...wow. so now I'm not getting my food and I'm pretty sure she lied about refunding my money guess who doesn't get to eat tonight because of you...my kids for screaming at me you horrible manager. Always had good pizza here. Pizza Hut Pizza, not the original Italian style from a fine restaurant. But always prepared to the best standard and tastes delicious. Lots of variety too.
