My wedding was in October of 2022, and we had a guest list of roughy 130 people, which I know isn't huge, but it's the largest gathering I've had in my life. My partner and I agreed that good food was the most important part of our wedding so when we learned we were able to book Blue Door Gatherings for our date we were ecstatic. Even better, they offer a buffet-style service, which allowed us to hit that mix of high quality food and delicious flavors while still staying in our budget. I don't know what I expected in terms of presentation but when we went up to get plates we were floored by the decadent and beautiful display of food. Laura and her team absolutely crushed it. Throughout the night our friends and family made a point to tell us this was the best wedding food they had ever eaten, and after what was practically a marathon of weddings this summer, many of which had been rescheduled to 2022 due to covid, I absolutely agree. Laura helped us turn our special day, twelve years in the making, into the perfect night, and we cannot thank her enough.

I know everyone who might be reading this isn't necessarily looking for a caterer for a big event, maybe just a really good lunch every now and then. I am also able to speak to Blue Door's daily sandwiches, which I hold in a similarly high regard. Blue Door makes an incredible focaccia that is the perfect platform for the variety of amazing sandwiches they produce. I can promise that if you give them a chance their food will become the standard that you compare everything else to.
