Nice place and food was hot and delicious. Definitely recommend! When I first walked in I didn't know if it was a sit down and/or seat yourself restaurant. There was no host or server in the front until we walked in. Once we walked in and sat ourselves a server at the register greeted us. Very friendly and polite. There was only one paper menu available which was the only downside but it was obviously doable. We sat down and ordered our food and paid straight away which gave us the implication that there wasn't no servers. Until we were served our drinks and food by an another server. She was very kind and polite as well. I ordered a lemonade but it came in a bag... it's a cool concept but it's messy. A bit inconvenient but again, doable. When we paid before our food arrived, the tip amount came up if we wanted to and we put no. We didn't know the server was going to serve us since we didn't get the vibe. We believed we were going to get the food and drinks ourselves. We went to another store and got cash-back to tip our server. Everything usually comes with a lime which We look forward too. Not 1 lime in sight out of those 5 meals. Called the store and they told me to call doordash and they will fix it. So after 20 minutes on the phone with door dash, they told me now all they have to do is call āCraveā and then Iām all set. Door dash called crave 4 times and no answer so doordash rejected the remake and gave me a $30 refund from the $87 lol. so I called crave myself and after the 3rd try they finally answered and told me to call doordash again and have them try to call againš. From the time I placed the order from the time I received my $30 refund was almost 2 hours. Doordash told me if I wanted the food I would have to go on the app and just start fresh. So I did. A week had gone by, and I never heard back so I reached out by phone. I spoke to the owner who confirmed they were available the day we requested. We exchanged information and communicated through email. We confirmed the date once again on our end and asked a question regarding the menu. That was on a Thursday. I returned to work to on a Monday to find there was still no response. I emailed again on Monday trying to confirm our date and time. Again, no word. I finally reached out by phone again on Wednesday and was asked to hold on while they got the owner. About 30 seconds later I was told she was not there and I asked to leave a message and asked for her to return my call ASAP. Again....I never got a response. I was literally ghosted by them. It tried to give the benefit of the doubt, but I should have moved on once they didn't respond the 1st time. Extremely disappointing as our office was looking forward to trying their food and it would have been a great sale for Crave as well.
