We went through the drive through yesterday and had a really horrible experience.
We had ordered munchkins, and after paying the guy at the window walked away to fill the box. As he was putting the munchkins in the box, he dropped it on its side and it spilled over. He stared at it for a few seconds, then scooped up some of the fallen munchkins, put them into the box, and handed it to us. We declined them and said we saw them hit the floor. He argued with us that just the box touched the floor (which is still a huge health violation). I was trying to ask him to just refund it, and before I could say anything he slammed the window, took the box, went and poured them into a different box (including the ones that had hit the floor) and went into the back with the box. Someone came out and swept up some of the other fallen munchkins that had rolled away, and also went into the back. A minute later, the window guy comes back out with the box and tries to hand it to us. We reiterated we just want a refund at this point and he gets really rude and walks away, slamming rhe window in our face again. We were very uncomfortable with the fact that he took the box out of view unnecessarily. He was clearly enraged that we did not want the floor munchkins and at this point, were worried that he tampered with the food.
Usually the service here is phenomenal and the staff are extremely kind, but this incident had us afraid to ever go back to...
Read moreDo not under any circumstances go to this Dunkin’ Donuts. Out of any Dunkin in the entire world this one is by far the biggest joke of a store you will ever have the misfortune of visiting. 1) the employees are AWFUL, nothing but attitude, wrong orders, talking down to the customers and there was one time the MANAGER snapped at me for asking them for a straw because “open your eyes it’s in the bag” is the response I got (when it was in fact not in the bag) 2) on multiple occasions there will be a napkin taped to the front door that reads “lobby closed” and even if you have a pick up order they will not let you grab it, you will be forced to wait in the drive thru to get your order is which is usually about 20+ minutes. 3) they constantly are short staffed and then take it out on the customers saying there are not enough employees for how many customers there are and then proceeded to give the customers attitude just for trying to get a coffee if I had a dollar for how many times I have been told there is another Dunkin down the street with more employees I could probably buy my own franchise at this point. Honestly, Dunkin’ Donuts has gone so downhill but this location is by...
Read moreFigured after 7 months since my last review and new management this place would change.NOPE!!! I ordered a large coffee 6 caramel swirl,5 cream, with a turbo shot and cold foam. I had to bring it in to have remade and the worker told me I had to ask for fresh espresso next time. She told me she just leaves the espresso in a cup. Anyone who works at dunkin, knows that this is not protocol. You simply hit the button 'small' for a turbo shot each time a coffee is ordered take less than a minute to brew. It still takes a long time at the drive thru, be prepared to wait 20 minutes total for messed up coffee , we even ordered through the Dunkin mobile app order multiple times to see if that made a difference. It did not. Someone please please bring in quality control. These employees and management do not care and they are literally ruining this business. Look at these reviews . Pleasant st is now notorious for messing stuff up . Also, northampton st needs a raise. There line is always long probably cause of pleasant st mess up. They are nice, efficient and care. What a huge difference , amazing job...
