Never have I been so delightfully satisfied with a breakfast than I was today at Mitchells Public House. Our server Linda was friendly, helpful and accommodating. She gave us recommendations and coffee refills! We loved being amidst a TRUE public house. Where anyone, no matter what they were doing in their day, could find a bit of comfort here. In the calm atmosphere, we sat next to a party of 15, coming from a baby christening. Across the way, was a young family with kids. Next to them, an elderly woman with her daughter. A man who just came in from a hard day’s work, sat at the bar. All were welcomed by happy staff. I couldn’t help but smile, as I overheard a waitress humming a happy tune. I asked for a crab cake Benedict with tomato and spinach. HUGE Compliments to Chef Jake, Finn and Joe! Cooked to perfection! The crab cake was crispy and delicious!
