Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Homestead

Dominoes pizza is amazing period. I have never had any complaints about any product I've obtained from dominoes whether it was delivery or carryout. So, to me, it all comes down to the customer service. I personally enjoy carryout from this location whether they deliver to where I am or not. The moment you walk in you can feel the smiles on the workers faces. Not in a "walk-up-to-the-counter-and-start-touching-people's-faces" kind of way. But in a "wow-these-people-really-love-making-pizza" way. The staff all laugh and joke with each other while buzzing about like happy little well coordinated worker bees in a delicious faux Italian flavored hive. It makes me smile. And I highly suggest you take advantage of the variety available at the establishment. There's alot of different ways to make a pizza and these guys pretty much have it down to a science. They also have amazing bread bowl dishes (chicken Alfredo is amazing. Their sauce is to die for), salads, subs and deserts. So if you're picky, in a bad mood and want a decent meal call dominoes or use of one of their online coupons. You will be breaking a $20 but it's worth it. You...

You know what. I had a pretty . . .long experience today. I ordered from the app at around 6:20. . Head over when the later range of the wait time came around. . . Got there. And it was chaos. It was packed. They weren't even taking orders anymore they were so slammed. There were 3 employees and drivers that were running back and forth. It was all hands on deck kind of situation. Everyone was doing- everything. . . So I kinda just sat back and watched the pizzastrophe happen. After about 40 minutes of being there and having people come and go amid a flurry of order shouting and pizza stacking - I ask about my pies and it turns out - who knows! The employee I asked was just filling his next pouch and trying to get out . . . It finally slows down after the hour mark and I ask about my pizza again. . . A few employees eventually find it and I finally get to pay and leave. . .

Y'all, I got home and everything was perfect.

10/10 worth the wait - will order again but this time probably just watch t.v. before going to get my pizza. . . the app only gets 2 stars because it lied about when my pizza...

This Domino's is horrible they always screw up my order they either forget part of my order or bring it incorrect. No apologies I have called to speak to the manager on 2 occasions not very professional either the last one told me everyone they had was new and that unfortunately they are not a company where people stay for long. Drivers should use a GPS they are always lost the last one that came called me after I had called the store because the tracker said the driver had left the store over 30 minutes he said he had been parked outside my house for 30 minutes eeh he was at the wrong house, Really who sits and waits outside of a house with an order common sense if no one comes to the door maybe you aren't at the right place a call might help. Ordering from here is so irritating when its not one thing its another but its always something. I have decided not to order from this...
