House of Tux I needed a tuxedo. I googled Tuxedos near me and up came House of Tux in Homestead. Bottom line, before I say anything else, is that they will have a customer for life! Words cannot express the exceptional experience that Marylin who greeted me when I came into the premise provided. She was absolutely amazing. She is the personification of what, in my opinion, customer service should be. The original tux that I ordered was not in stock, so Marylin kindly offered me an amazing discount on another tux. When I tell you the BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced, Marylin, thank you! From the moment I walked in the door the vibe, the ambiance of it all, was excellent! Marylin sized my son and gave the best options, ideas, colors, I mean everything!! She answered all my questions with a smile and made the entire process nothing short of the best. These people really care and your experience with them shows. They will have you looking amazing for any event.
