Flagler Restaurant — Restaurant in Homestead

As you first walk inside you are filled with a lack of excitement. I say this because everything is atound the same neutral beige color. No decorations at all. Decoration-wise it lacks character.

When it comes to the food, i ordered a vegy omlet. It looks fantastic but it lacks flavor. I think its because i asked for chedder cheese and they just gave me some random cheese blend. Also my onlet didnt have any peppers when it was supposed. Besides that the pancakes and hashbrowns were very good. The regular breakfast(eggs bacon and hashbrowns) looks very good.

When it comes to the service i have no complaints at all. The staff was very attentive and food. Ame out very quick. They were also very friendly and inviting.

The pricing for each menu item is a bit odd in my opinion. There are some items that are the same price as a meal but they are a side. Other than that the onlet meals are reasonableat around $10-$12 for an omlet and hashbrowns.

Parking is just enough for this place. If it had a busy day i would be worried about the parking.

I will definitely give this place another chance with a different menu item. When i do i may...

Yesterday we were looking for a place to try something new and different , we didn’t want to go to the same places we always go to, we couldn’t really decide and time was ticking. Started looking around and decided to give this place a chance since is relatively new. And O M G ! We just found our little gem in Homestead! From the moment we walked in the server Liz better known as “Cookie” made us feel at home, super friendly, courteous, attentive and helpful. We ordered the food and it blew our minds! The food was perfectly cooked, the amount, the flavor, the seasoning, I’m telling you in the world of my 11 yrs old daughter “The chef needs a little pat in the back“, my 13 yr old son “mom this burger is awesome! Leave them a big tip!”and my husband who is not a fan of pancakes “I’ve never tried pancakes this good anywhere, I’m so full but I cannot leave this pancakes out”. Everything we ate was super good! Although we were seated quickly the breakfast was HORRIBLE!!! my husband ate the T-bone steak breakfast with eggs and toast… the steak had no seasoning at all and same with the eggs… sweet tea wasn’t even sweet… I ordered the sausage biscuit gravy meal… the biscuit came on the side with the gravy which was so liquified it ran like water… the most horrible taste of a biscuit gravy combo… the sausage tasted like the precooked ones that you just warm in the microwave and the eggs also had no seasoning. I told the waitress I didn’t ask for the hash browns because I don’t eat it she said it comes with but I can switch it out for today… never received it..: I asked for a hi-c juice… nope it tasted like seltzer water… our daughter got Mac and cheese which obviously was boxed but not even the Kraft brand (I know bc the baby is going through a phase and that’s the only thing she will eat right now) and she didn’t even eat it… we tried this place because we have never been but We will not be...
