I will never come here again. This establishment is extremely unorganized. We came in and were told 10-15 minute wait. So we waited right outside the doors. A few people came in after us and got seated immediately. We finally sat inside figuring it would get us seated quicker. While waiting there. There was a young gentleman talking about how he has been waiting for an hour for his take out and how people were coming in and getting there food right away. He asked to speak to the manager and the front employee told him the manager said he was too busy to come speak to him. Me being a manager myself I felt that was super unprofessional. Few minutes later we got seated. We waited there for about 15 minutes before a gentleman came over and asked for our drinks. We were under the impression he was our server. However when we told him we wanted to order he explained he was not. We continued to wait another 10 minutes until a woman came over and took our order. We then waited 30 plus minutes for food. They brought mine and my partners food out and my 7 year old son was still waiting for his meal. We had no utensils to eat with. At this point I was fed up with the service and requested to speak to the manager. I was told he would be right there. Our server then comes over and offers us a 20% discount. For me it's not about getting free things I like giving feedback so they can work on there weak areas in there service. After 10 minutes waiting for the manager I told the server I was going to call someone about how poor there customer service was. The manager finally came out to speak to me. I came here with my family for Memorial day for some breakfast. The place was packed and thought the we would have to wait a while before being seated but to our surprise when we got there we were immediately sat down, and were optimisitc but were we wrong.The table was sticky and had to wipe it down ourselves. Our waiter was Alexander. He took our orders down. They brought my son's meal after about 20 mins by itself. We thought thatvwas weird but they said they bring out the kids meals first, for some weird reason. We didnt think much of it as we thought ours would come out soon. 45 mins later and we still had not received our food. I asked Alexander for an update and he shrugged and laughed saying the kitchen was backed up. But it was more than just a backup. 20 mins after that we finally received our meals. My wife eggs were runny, warm at best. My omlette was cold and my other son's pancakes were aswell. I told our waiter Alexander about it and he swore that it was just taken off the grill as if I were making it up lol but he said he'd take it back and bring me a new ones. He came back 5 mins later with the food re heated not re made, and my omelette was missing the mushrooms and sautéed onions and was very small compared to what you see on the menu. We ate the food anyways just cause we were so hungry by that point. Overall we were there for 2 hours for a meal that should have been 45 mins. The food came out late it was cold and service lacked attention and empathy for the wait. I had to constantly notify the waiter for straws refills and silverware.
