I’ve been here twice. The first time was fine but today I went an hour before closing & they only had rosemary bread with is fine. I didn’t mind trying a new bread but also the lettuce had been sitting out for a long time bc it was brown but again that’s fine. It was an hour b4 closing. The only thing that upset me was that with the prices being charged ($11 for a 6in tuna sub) it’s upsetting that you can’t have your bread toast with the tuna & cheese (or whatever meat & cheese) bc I like my cheese melted and this changed the entire sub. The girl didn’t even ask me if I wanted my bread toasted b4 adding the tuna & then when I asked about toasting the bread she let me know she can’t toast it with the tuna & cheese, but i thought she was still going to toast my bread at least, that was not the case. I ordered online for delivery for Jersey Mikes on their app. It was $40 for two subs including tip fees etc, which is fine because I live around 15 minutes away. However, the app does not let you add toppings like relish to a steak sub, which again is fine. I put in the notes for both subs some things I wanted to add in, things that are not included and are not extra costs like banana peppers, relish etc. Again, that is fine. But I called just in case to say hey, just want to make sure my order reflects the notes I put, and the employee told me yes I see your notes. Perfect. Done deal. So when my order shows up, nothing was brought that I wanted in the notes. I agree that this is extremely frustrating as I have driven to this location for the 53rd time in the last 4 days. I haven't gotten much done otherwise. I don't have much time to eat or sleep as I am constantly checking to see if this location is open. I couldn't tell you what the date is today, or what day of the week it is. All I know for sure is I've put 452 miles on my car checking to see if this location is open.
