On February 23 at 12:21 PM, we dined in at the Wendy’s on North E. 8th St. in Homestead, FL (Restaurant #14211460). Upon arrival, we were greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable cashier who took our order and was very helpful.
We ordered:
• A Baconator Double Meal with Bacon Fries • A Large Biggie Bag with a Plain Cheeseburger Double, Sour Cream & Chive Potato, and Saucy Nuggets
Despite the restaurant not being busy, it took 18 minutes to receive our order. When we finally got our food, both cheeseburgers were completely wrong. I brought them back to be corrected, only to be met with outright rudeness and disrespect from the kitchen cook, Gloria.
Instead of fixing the mistake, Gloria argued with the cashier, blaming her for the error—despite my receipt clearly showing the correct order. Even after two different employees translated the issue to her, Gloria came over and told me that I didn’t know what I was talking about. I calmly explained in English that I simply wanted the food I paid for. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, she walked away, spoke about me in Spanish while making my food, and continued to be rude to the cashier, publicly scolding her in front of customers.
While I was waiting, three to four other customers also returned with incorrect orders, proving that this was not an isolated incident. Gloria’s repeated mistakes and unprofessional attitude were frustrating to customers and demoralizing to the rest of the staff, who were otherwise kind and helpful.
This type of behavior is unacceptable and damages the reputation of your store. Every other staff member was courteous and professional, but one disrespectful employee can ruin an entire experience. I strongly urge management to address this issue, as no customer should feel disrespected or ignored when simply asking for the meal they ordered.

I went back and asked for them to warm it up for me, 7 minutes later I'm still waiting and asked if I could please have my sandwich. The young man who took my order was so nice 😊 however upon rolling up to first window this young lady who’s name Azaeria could care less about customers since she’s on phone with her boyfriend on speaker.
