On my first visit, I ordered a smoothie without an ingredient I’m allergic to, but it was accidentally added. Luckily the staff realized before I drank the whole thing, and I was able to minimize my reaction in time. The owner was made aware, and after we spoke he offered for me to come meet him, and enjoy my second experience on the house. He expressed his concern for the mistake, and was clear on his intentions from keeping it from happening again. He is very enthusiastic about his business, and sharing how good nutrition can enrich your life. Everything I’ve had from this restaurant has been delicious. Even the juices are mixed so well that I’m sure anyone can find at least one they like. They make eating healthy fun with wonderful staff and nice atmosphere, as well as making highly nutritious foods that taste great. My current line up of favorites are the wheatgrass shot, kale yeah juice, and the quinoa bowl. They offer so much more than just kale. Give it a try and support your local business as well as your health...

Ordered the vegan wrap, and it didn't disappoint. Very tasty! Topped off with their delicious Beet-l juice. Friendly and fast service. So happy to have this around the corner from me.

9-13-2021 Update. Sadly, after several years of doing business with KMC, I find that the current operation is not doing a good job. I've watched fabulous managers and people come and go over time, and it makes me sad they aren't what they used to be. I could go into detail, but won't. I'll continue to try to do business with them, as there are not many places like this, but, I don't know if I can, feeling so unsatisfied after each experience in KMC. I realize good help is hard to find because of the pandemic.... it shows greatly in this business.

11-3-2021 Update. I just learned there is a new owner of KMC. The person who juices and the woman managing are extremely nice and bend over backwards to be helpful. I think worth giving another try. I want to support ...... not many places around with healthier...

I ordered online via United Mileage Plus Dining which connected me with Chow Now to complete my order. Admittedly, I had to familiarize myself with the system, this being the first time I’ve used it. Should be a piece of cake next time (fingers crossed).

Kale Me Crazy in Homewood is located on a wide street with a decent amount of parking that’s shared with several other businesses. There are a couple of tables outside for alfresco dining. The place was very clean and orderly inside with a friendly atmosphere. While waiting my turn I could tell the people ahead of me were regular customers-a good sign.

My order was ready before the time suggested in my confirmation email. The cashier took the time to check it, saw it was missing tahini sauce and quickly corrected the error. She was professional and made my visit a pleasant one.

Back at work, I’ve eaten and enjoyed half of the vegan wrap. The other half I’m looking forward to eating later, just as I’m looking forward to visiting Kale Me...
