The best Little Caesars I've ever been to. If you decide to go here, your in for a treat. From when you pull into the drive thru, to the moment you pull away with your "Hot-n-Ready" pizza, you'll be treated to the best customer service you'll ever see.
When I pulled into the drive thru, the line was wrapped around the building. Pretty poppin' place. I was a little bit concerned about the wait, but I brushed this aside because Little Caesars has "Hot-N-Ready" pizzas and should be pretty fast. Once I pulled my truck into the line, I pulled up Netflix on my phone and put on an episode of Breaking Bad to help pass the time. I figured I could get ahead on the series since the show left me on a pretty good cliffhanger the night before, and I couldn't wait to get home with my "Hot-n-Ready" pizza and finish the episode.
I inched forward in my truck a couple of times, and soon became engrossed in the show. I had no idea what was going on around me, but as the episode wrapped up, leaving another amazing cliffhanger might I add, I came to the realization that I was still waiting in line roughly 50 minutes later. So I cranked up another episode and inched forward once again.
About halfway thru my next episode and a full tank of gas later, I looked up and saw that the car in front of me had pulled away and I was the chosen one to order my "Hot-n-ready" pizza. I placed my order, and waited another 10 minutes to get my pizza. The employees were a little rude, but I brushed that aside as well thinking that I was the guy in the wrong.
As I collected my prize and paid my $7, I pulled away and thought to myself "this place sucks, how is it possible that it takes longer to get a pizza from a place that has them "Hot-n-Ready" than delivery?" And with that, I drove away into the night, never to return again.
Now there might be some slight exaggerations in the above review, but this place is terrible. The wait is too long, the staff are extremely rude and act like you shouldn't be there, and the low price doesn't make up for the awfulness of this location.

Read moreI recently ordered on-line through the mobile app from this location. I had high hopes that utilizing the mobile app would be more convenient and speedy, such as with other fast food restaurants within the area. My credit card was charged about 5 minutes after I placed my order, which led me to assume that my order was being prepared. Once I arrived at the location I sat at the drive thru for roughly 7-10 minutes and no one appeared. I drove around to try to enter the location and the signage stated “Drive-Thru Only”, therefore I went back to the drive thru. Again, no one was present. I called the location multiple times and no one answered the phone. There was no signage posted stating that this location was closed or had different operating hours. I would not have cared as much if my card was not charged for the transaction prior to my arrival. If you have limited or no staffing please inform those who patron your business, instead of stealing money for goods not received. For reference this was around 2:00pm on a...
Read moreDiscontinued free 2 liter promotion with online orders. Employee did a poor job of explaining the situation. Lack of communication skills led to escalation of hostilities. When I asked for my 2 liter, she asked if I was adding it to my order. I stated that my online order entitled me to a free 2 liter. Instead of saying the promotional offer expired would you like to add one to your order...she tells me what she sees on the receipt doesn't provide me with 2 liter. Now folks that would make sense if any of the employees had ever provided me with a receipt to see that the promotional offer is reflected on the receipt. Therefore, I was cofused because when I ordered the pizza online it NEVER stated anything about a promotional 2 liter. Well how did I find out... an employee there told me a week before I saw the...
