Better Daze — Restaurant in Honolulu

There’s nothing like a good cup of coffee to capture happiness in a cup. As someone who often drives to Leonards’s Bakery in the Kaimuki area, I was thrilled when Better Daze opened up just down the road. Sophia the owner of Better Daze she was super friendly and welcoming. She took the time to chat with me and we talked for some time about her passion for coffee. She uses coffee beans from Bean About, another coffee shop I often frequent.

During my visit to Better Daze, I ordered a flat white. The coffee was expertly crafted, with just the right amount of milk to create a creamy texture and perfect balance of flavors. I highly recommend this cozy cafe to anyone looking for great service and a delicious cup of coffee. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Don’t forget to try their fresh bagels....

I LOVE THIS COFFEE SHOP. I always get their rose latte because it is the best rose latte I've ever had in my whole entire life. It is so floral and delicious. They also seem to always add the right amount of milk so its the perfect amount of creaminess and sweetness. I honestly cannot rave enough about this place. The also have this coconut cloud foam matcha that is also, heavenly. It's made with this whipped coconut foam that is to DIE FOR. It's like whipped cream but nondairy and so delicious I wish I could just eat a whole container full. Also, they have these locally made bagels that are so doughy and delicious too. I wish the parking situation and the over all space was... nicer...? But they do a good job with the nice plant life everywhere and there is a tiny table to sit at to...

Such a hidden gem on Kapahulu Ave! I stopped by during a food tour (right near Ono Seafood and Leonard’s) and was so glad I did. I had the cold brew with coconut cold foam- the flavor profile was smooth, refreshing, and absolutely delicious. My friend was torn between the rose matcha and honey matcha, and the barista went above and beyond by mixing the rose and honey syrups (even though it wasn’t on the menu!) so she could enjoy the best of both worlds. The matcha itself was fantastic- vibrant, not too sweet, and really well balanced.
