This Cafe recently opened on Kapahulu in October of 2023. And it is a MUST VISIT if you’re in Honolulu.
During my visit, I ordered the Açaí bowl, the iced Hawaiian latte, and the hot London fog. All three were amazing! 💯
THE açaí bowl 🔥 🔥 🔥 - the granola is made in-house, and the açaí itself is an excellent consistency (not too thick or watery) that seamlessly mixed with the granola. The granola has an excellent crunch between my first and last bites. All the fruit was really fresh and sweet and it was all topped off with delicious honey 🤤. Their açaí bowl stood out compared a lot of other places because of the exceptional quality of the ingredients they put in it. You can tell they did not take any short cuts.
The Hawaiian latte - a latte that is flavored with macadamia nut and coconut. There is perfect balance between the 2 flavors and the drink is not too sweet. There is a tail nutty flavor at the end that is interesting and something I really enjoy!
London fog - I haven’t had many London fogs, but I thought the London fog here was delicious. It was served at the perfect temperature and I felt very cozy drinking it.
The cafe itself is on the smaller side. There is seating inside with a table that seats 6-8 and then 4 more tables that seat 3-4. The vibes are chill and very welcoming.
It could be difficult to work from here because I didn’t see any outlets in the seating area. However, it won’t be a big deal if you come with your devices charged.
Update on my 2nd visit:
There are actually 2 sets of wall outlets by the tables so you will be able to charge your devices while here. Great for remote workers!!!!!
In conclusion, everything about the coffee and food here is top class. I highly recommend a visit if you’re looking to have delicious coffee and snacks with your friends or on your own. The owner and staff are friendly and personable. They’ll go out of their way to make sure you’re having the best...

The best coffee shop on the island! That's Pai Cafe.
There are lots of places to get coffee on Oahu. There's not a lot of places where you can get excellent coffee, along with excellent service and homemade pastries. When you have a coffee from Pai Cafe, it will set a new standard for you. You'll see.
It may sound like I'm gushing, and I guess I kind of am. I've known Micah for a number of years and followed him each time he has changed to a different coffee shop. His coffee is always excellent. His super positive demeanor and personality are contagious, making for a terrific way to start the day! Nespresso destroyed my hopes of ever having a better cup of coffee. It really is that good. However, the coffee that Micah makes and presents, takes coffee to a new level. What you may not know is that this is a family operation. Micah's wife makes all the pastries and scones! You owe it to yourself to try this place when you are in the Kapahulu area. And if you are anywhere close, it's worth the drive!
Pai Cafe is located right next to Ono Seafood, and across the street from the UPS store on kapahulu. There's plenty of parking, which is a rare commodity in the Kapahulu area.
TLDR; stop what you're doing right now and go get one of the best cups of coffee you...
Read morePai Cafe has been opened for less than a year but already making themselves a Kapahulu staple!! The owner/ couple of this small business establishment poured their entire love and soul into this business- which you can taste it through their drinks and freshly made in house baked goods. They’re made in house scone was delectable- soft and pillowy on the outside with a nice crust and texture on the outside. A must try as a coffee pairing or a little snack on the go! I feel as if many places lack in either the coffee or matcha aspect and not able to nail both but Pai Cafe does a great job with coffee AND matcha! If you’re looking for a great Acai Bowl- this is the place. It’s thick and creamy.. they don’t skimp on their toppings and it’s generous portions with great granola too. If you’re tired of paying premium price over at Health Bar for the small cup Acai- head on over to Pai Cafe for their delicious Acai! 😋 Will be back again soon.....
