I was just in there with my husband and 3 little children to get some ice cream. The girl that called us to the front to serve us, didn’t say hi and completely ignored my husband when he tried to ask for a flavor sample. She continued to talk to others and I then asked her if she was ready. She made an ugly face at us and I asked if she was ok, so she loudly called me rude in front of lots of customers. She then continued to argue with me when I said that she was the one ignoring me and continued to call me names. Needless to say we left and will NOT return. She was a very slender Pacific Islander/asian looking girl for reference if you need to discipline your staff. I was in there earlier in the day checking out the store and the other girl was so friendly to us, so we decided to return. Well after this incident we won’t be back and DO NOT recommend anyone to come here. She embarrassed us. I will be calling in the morning to talk to a manager. Her attitude was disgusting and very disrespectful, unprofessional and inappropriate in a family environment as such and in front of my...

Read moreI came in with my wife and daughter to buy gelato. The young women servicing was very kind allowing us to try different gelatos. However the problem came when a male worker with a pony tail followed us down the street. The worker asked us if we got the 3 scoops of gelato and when we confirmed, he then falsely accused us of stealing a water bottle. After we told him we had purchased the water bottle at an ABC store he finally left us alone. We decided to go back to complain about the worker but was told by the same worker “just let it go and leave”.I guess you should just let it go if you feel racially discriminated against but you shouldn’t let go a $2 water bottle. I don’t know why they made that assumption against us maybe because we are Mexican? They didn’t even apologize but made it seem like we were in the wrong. This ruined the whole experience for us! It made our stomachs feel upset and we were barely able to eat and enjoy the gelato after...
