I I started working for KFC In December of 2016 and I've recently put in my two weeks notice a month ago I had to literally train myself I have never been to I work place where a manager tells an employee here you self train! so okay I was fine with that until my very first week into working there I had seen so many Health violations that literally will shut this KFC down 4 me cleanliness is Next to Godliness so with that being said the food that you are consuming is being made from disgusting individuals who does not constantly wash their hand this is a business that deals with raw chicken that in itself is a hazard if not properly being handled there are four Cook's working in this restaurant they all do not wear gloves when they're mixing the chicken in its batter but the managers like to put on a show for the customer yelling at the prep worker the person who's on register about washing their hands but I have literally counted the amount of times I have washed my hands and it was about 75 times before my break but that's because I'm Hawaiian and I treat people's food the way I would want my food handled the kitchen is disgusting I have work after hours to clean this kitchen I stayed till 1 a.m. the store closes at 10pm i literally would tell all the customers when they ask me what would I recommend. anything dropped in the fryers like popcorn, chicken, wedges, and hot wings also the biscuits is safe. the manager yells at me and tells me why did you tell them that our Cooks don't use gloves... I reply with am I lying?? then I get written up and to make a long story short your coleslaw that you love so much is in the same freezer on the same Shelf as an open container of raw chicken the cooks are disgusting and care less and when they move those buckets the blood gets everywhere I have gotten into verbal altercations with the cooks because they are f** disgusting I have three 10 minutes videos from the front of the restaurant all the way to the back and it shows everything that I'm talking about these managers are making it so hard for me to get another job I feel like taking them to court can anybody tell me what to do and if anybody wants those videos I'll be more than happy...

I only eat KFC about once a year. I only order an Original Recipe Breast meal with double mashed potatoes and gravy, biscuit and honey sauce. I have moved from Southern Oregon (Grants Pass area) nearly a year ago, and last night, the yearly urge hit me. The menu is set up a bit differently either here, or now... and only offers the breast meal with one side, a biscuit, and a drink - or double up sides and large drink upgrade for $2. We were asked before we started our order if we were dining in, and we were (there is no drive through here, so we figured we might as well since we had to go in anyway. They were out of iced tea, and didn't have bottled water (I just don't drink soda) so, I asked if I could order just a breast, double side of mashed, and a biscuit (when I knew it would cost more - but, I didn't want soda) and we asked to change our order to go, since I wouldn't be able to order something to drink there. I was asked, "You don't ever drink tap water?" To which I replied, "not really."

When our order came up, it was plated for "dine-in", and we reminded them that we wanted it "to go"... since I wasn't going to be able to order a drink. No words - just looks. When we arrived home with our order, I realized that they had given me a "side-breast", which essentially is half of the back with ribs, and about a third of a whole breast. Normally, there would be one or two of these, as well as a "center-breast" in a bucket. Normally, when I order a meal that contains a single piece of chicken, and the only meal there that contains a single piece of chicken... enough pride is taken in the filling of the order that a center breast is in the box.

The flavor was as expected, the mashed potatoes were as usual, the biscuit as well. We were not offered "honey sauce or butter" for our biscuits. Perhaps the impetus was on us to ask for it, as has become the policy of many fast food restaurants to avoid waste. I agree, don't put them in there without asking the...

Friday 7/7/17 Arrived at 5:30pm, all out of extra crispy, told me it will take about 30mn. Duh, this is a fast food, and this is the busiest time in any food etablishment. This is the 3rd time that I do not get to buy extra crispy. I did not have a choice but to order original, I asked 3 times for thighs and wings, 6 of each, because my guests from Tahiti only wants thighs and wings, bought a biscuit for my 6 year old grandson, that's all he wanted. I arrived at Ala Moana Park to discover that I was sold 2 thighs, 2 wings and 8 drumsticks and no biscuits total bill 24.16. My grandson was so upset that's the only thing he wanted. That is very not nice just because you ran out of other parts of the chicken that you have to deceive the customers. This will be the last time I will either eat at this KFC or any other. Your service is horrible and the quality of your food is awful! Shame on you! Pls train your people bagging the food to be honest! My mistake I was in a hurry to get of there, should had checked what I was sold and not sold for...
