My wife was looking for Hawaiian barrel style jewelry engraved with the names of our children / grandchildren for a layered necklace. We searched numerous jewelry stores in Central California and on line. No one could or would design and produce what she wanted. Remembering her Hawaiian bracelet we contacted paradise collection. I contacted paradise by email which was answered directly by Ryan, a real person and not a canned response or chat-bot. During the exchange Ryan provided his phone number and we called. He was pleasant, patient, professional and knowledgeable. He clearly cared about the service he was providing and listened to what we needed.

He understood immediately what my wife was looking for and sent a cad drawing with what he had envisioned. We were able to see what we were working with and provided him with some refinements. He explained the process and said he would have mock ups done and emailed. If we were satisfied we would provide a down payment and the jewelers would go to work. He gave us a time line of 3-4 weeks from design to production and delivery.

I ordered a 14k Gold Hawaiian Slipper Pendant with diamond straps for my wife's birthday. She used to have one just like it but recently lost it. It is exactly what I was looking for. When I received my bracelet which was beautiful, I accidentally broke it. I sent an email and they requested I send it back to be fixed.
