This place is a welcomed addition to the area! And it’s way more fun in person. The ball pit is unbelievably huge, though it could still use about 5000 more balls. Almost everything was operational except for the ball guns. The space is quite large so it’s not crowded—yet. A few issues to be mindful of. There’s something about the angle of the three slides when it levels off. So there were kids falling backward and banging their head, including our LO. The grippy socks can be dangerous going down the slide if your LO plants his/her feet. There are older kids that who can be unsupervised who will throw themselves into the ball pit, making constant supervision/protection of your LO necessary. No masks are required and there were parents and kids coughing, so be prepared to pick up a virus if unmasked. The sand box is good fun but could be tidied up more frequently by the staff, as well as the Brio train stations. There are lockers where you can store valuables and shoes, accessible by a bracelet with a sensor. Food and beverage is available for sale, as well as toys and vending machines. There is a gate around the parking lot providing some comfort for those worried about the vagabonds outside. Military discount is offered. The one recommendation I have is for management to please sell the toys that are used in the Keiki Kingdom, in addition to your other offerings. My LO was crying because he wanted to take the Brio trains. I would love to have bought the item he wanted to take if it was available for sale. Finally, there were employees in the tunnels spraying and cleaning as the kids went. But they eventually stopped. Not sure what the cleaning policy is but it would be great if you could keep that up the entire time. There were so many employees that it was hard to count them all, so there definitely wasn’t a shortage.

This place is fairly new and just opened in January 2023. This is a great place for kids ages 6-7 and under. I say that because we took our 10 year old to play with his 3 year old brother and he ran out of things to do. However, despite that, our 3 year old loved it. This place isn't as big as Kid City, but everything is located on one floor centrally with party rooms and seating built around it. They also offer some nice desserts / treats to cap off the visit. We got Dip N Dots ice cream on the way out. The price for kids 13 and under is 22 dollars for 2 hours. There is a 5 dollar per person charge over the age of 13, but it is waived if military. You do have to purchase there socks, so you can't use your own personal socks. However, there washable and you can bring them the next time. This place is located in an okay spot. The main entrance is on the opposite side of Bertania St, but plenty of parking available. The area around it is kind of disappointing but only because the homeless population. The only negative really is the team here doesn't clean up as much as Kid City does. The building blocks in the back were all over the place and at one point obstructed the walkway to get to other areas. The side wall to the trampoline was not usable either and was cautioned taped. The ball cannon area only had two of four working cannons and the ball blaster in the middle was inoperable. Minor details, but seem like relatively easy things to keep maintained. Complementary lockers too in order to secure your items. Other then that...we'll definitely be back! Great customer service as well with friendly staff.

Staffing, are a bunch of young teens. My attempts at interacting with 3 different staff, they were basically useless and no assistance, resolution or with no knowledgeable response. Price $27.00 for 2 hours per child, plus $5.00 per adult to tend to child ( they will not monitor your child ), plus $ 3.00 per child and adult for their brand socks ( can't use your own) tax. Yes, even my 10 month old held child needed to pay the $27.00 plus extras. Look to spend $70.00+ dollars for 2 hours of unorganize chaos. Big huge kids knocking over toddlers, run up wrong end of slides and tunnels, total mayhem. Approximately 140 -150 guest in play area during our visit. It's like going to a big park with simple toys your kids already have at home. Lots of the exhibition ride were periodically shut down during the 2 hours, not sure if short staffing, staff breaks or broken. Parking is decent, completely full when we arrived, but only waited less than 10 mins, for one to free up. Don't get me wrong, my 4 year old enjoyed herself, but also enjoys just as much going to the park, swings, slides, obstacle course at most newer public park. Also, going to the movies or swimming pool, rates the same level of enjoyment, if not more. So, my final outlook is, if you dont mind being " nickle and dimed", large crowds of uncontrolled kids and walking around in $3.00 throw away socks, this is the place for you. Also, if there aren't any available parking stalls, wait ... don't go venturing off outside property, because that whole area is in fested with homeless. Not knocking homeless, but I personally saw some shaddy things going on during my departure from "Keiki Kingdom".

Bring extra money because it's like half the experience costs extra. Perhaps we've grown accustomed to another large indoor playground where there's loads of activities including a water table and not this "fee for experience". It started when we walked in - only their branded socks allowed. Kids I understand but for parents too. All of the other play areas only care if the socks have grips and that the adults wear socks. $3 per pair so for 4 guests, and extra $12. 2 hours of play is $22/child and $5 per adult. Tokens for arcade machines, I understand. We added 10 at 1 coin = $1. Our total for 2 hours was $82. Then the water experience is like a treasure hunt, $10. Cotton candy maker $10. Claw machines $1-2/play. Gacha machines $2-5. It's like half the playground is stuff for sale - tacky! And definitely questionable supervision and cleaning. Kids literally jumping off walls as the employees meander around. Did not see any of the ball pit area cleaned once or the moving large foam rides wiped down either for that matter. But the ball dropper - broken. A ball tube in the ball pit - broken. Ball shooter inside, wrapped in caution tape and, you guessed, broken. The kids (6, 7) did have fun but with so little to do, and fri. What I've seen lax cleaning, it's an overcrowded germ-fest. Other options have definitely been much better for us!

The place is okay. We’ve been to many similar indoor playgrounds. This one is noting special, but it’s adequate. What bothered me about it is how they nickel and dime you in and out the door. All indoor playgrounds require you to play in sock and if you’re not wearing socks they will be more than happy to sell you overpriced, colorful socks. Keiki Kingdom doesn’t just expect you to wear socks, the require you to wear THEIR sock. So you’re compelled to buy their, overpriced sock In addition they charge each parent an entry fee. Do we have a choice to send our kids alone? Heck no! Matter of fact you have to sign pages upon pages of disclaimers absolving Keiki Kingdom any responsibility for their equipment or your kid’s safety; like you’re going to spend the afternoon reading them before you sign. I get that they want to protect themselves against lawsuits (just or unjust), but in that case they should be encouraging parents to be in there with their kids not charging us extra to do so. Then in addition most of their activities are boring for kids over 5 and you have to pay yet more for the activities that are halfway interesting for your 7 year old. The best thing thay do is give your kid a prize when you leave. And that’s one thing that’s included in their fee.

As a first timer, the experience fell short when the employee didn’t care whether we’ve been there before and treated us as an assumed transaction. I wasn’t aware I needed Keiki Kingdom only nonslip socks to enter the playground. I didn’t know the key fob was for the locker. If the company truly wanted to handle their customers that way, then replace your check-in employees with kiosks only. Maintenance of the place is questionable. I noticed a lot of yellow out of order tapes: female bathroom stalls (availing only the handicap stall) and on half of the air gun toys. At the trampoline with the “no climbing” sign, there are safety parts not staying put to safeguard the springs. There’s several stickers stuck on the slides. I liked the character dance, gathering the kids for a short interaction even tho my 3yo wasn’t into it. It is neat that this indoor playground is mostly one giant room and I give an inclusive feel, especially when going in groups (vs Kids City where it’s divided). There are a few cool toys here such as the crazy karts, octopus carousel, spinning cups, and air guns. Other than that, I’ll stick to Kids City Kapolei, where the employees take better care of both guests and the place.
