full review: My experience at this shop really depends on who’s in charge. On my first visit, I got my brake tightened and oil changed quickly, affordably, and without any issues.

But my second visit was a completely different story. I went in to have two nails on my board rack adjusted — a simple two-minute job. The person there repeatedly told me to "go get food somewhere else and come back" because he didn’t know how long it would take. That was already suspicious. When the job was finally done, he initially asked for $100, which was outrageous. Then he suddenly dropped it to $20 and ended up taking all the cash I had ($15), claiming he was being "generous."

It’s completely unreasonable to charge $15 for adjusting two nails, especially when my brake adjustment cost just $2 on my first visit. It felt like he was trying to squeeze as much money out of me as possible.

I would not recommend this place. If you can’t trust the people running a shop, it’s not a place worth doing...

Highly respect and recommend this moped company. For the past couple weeks I've been calling and asking other moped companies if I could finance there scooter none of them gave me a chance, but when I stumbled into this company through Facebook market and asked the owner if I could finance and he gave me chance which he doesn't do. I also asked them if I could install a 100cc kit and they did it so quick I don't even think they charged me for labor. A customer who was there before me came to get he's moped fixed was so shocked how low the price was that he gave the company a tip. The group of guys there were also very friendly, transparent and funny. I came back to them the next day to install my license plate around 6 which is closing time for them, but they still took the time to install the license plate for me. This place is a blessing seems as the customer put he's customers first...

Finally got the chance to check out this new shop where I can get my moped serviced at. Once you walk in, you’re greeted by one of the salesman. He mentioned his name is Rylan.

I asked him that I was looking for an upgrade for a bit more power. I told Rylan what was my budget and he knew what to recommend. He explained in details on what would be done and what it would cost for the labor and materials. Let’s not forget that he also mentioned that all service done comes with 30 days of warranty. Once I agreed on what would be done, service time took less than an hour to complete. Rylan, the salesman is also one of the main mechanics.

I highly recommend Rylan and his crew at The Moped Shop for their quality service and friendly staff. They have most parts on hand to service all types of mopeds. They also are reasonably priced and service times...
