I stopped by this Taco Bell a couple of nights ago and witnessed one of the most unprofessional situations I’ve ever seen at a fast food restaurant. A customer came in and politely asked for his food to be remade because it was apparently cold by the time it got to him. The staff refused to remake it, and he ended up leaving the box on the counter and sat outside in his car in the parking lot.
I stayed inside waiting on my own order for about 15–20 more minutes, and during that time, the employees actually TAPED BACK UP that same cold, opened food box and tried to give it to the DoorDash driver in line instead of simply remaking it or even heating it up. It was genuinely disgusting to watch! no effort, no care, nothing.
What made it even worse was that the original customer and the DoorDash driver crossed paths outside. The customer explained that he’d asked for the food to be remade, and asked the door dasher if it was hot — it wasn’t. The staff was literally about to hand the DoorDash driver the exact same food that the customer had rejected! No remake, not even an effort, nothing.
Meanwhile, inside, there were two male employees and one female employee, and she was talking it up with both of them the entire time while a line was out the door and the drive-thru was packed. SO many conversations were being had in the back of the kitchen they had absolutely NO time to help the line of customers in the front?! No one looked like they were taking their jobs seriously, and the whole scene was chaotic and careless.

Honestly corporate should shut down this location, they can’t seem to pull it together. 1- they are still closed at the lobby always. 2- the drive thru line can no joke exceed 45 min wait times and you can’t pull out of it. The solution would be to allow delivery or mobile orders or longer wait times to pull to the front or the side, and meet them with the order or allow the customer to run in and grab the order to keep the line moving. Like all other restaurants do at this point. I suggested this when they told me if I added an item I would need to go back through the line and they laughed and closed the window on me until I left. I didn’t know what was going on so I waited at the window, me and the 5 cars behind me were stuck for another 15 min I just eventually left when no one would come back to the window.
They will stop responding to the drive thru at random times of day well before close but you can still see employees in the store, this happens often.
They are constantly having shortages and out of items, so is everyone but it seems worse here.
It’s unfortunate because every so often you’ll see someone working there who is trying… but the ones who don’t completely tank this whole location.
None of the other fast food locations in this area have this issue, the other Taco Bell in the area is just fine.

Read moreI almost never leave a google review but this was quite possibly THE Worst customer service experience I have had in years anywhere on multiple levels. It is 10:15p on a Thursday night 10/5/23. I stated I needed some time to order and not less than 30 seconds later the person butted in asking whether I was ready to order; there was no one behind me waiting.
When I arrived at the window; the lady slammed it open; and as I gathered my money she slammed it shut again as if she couldn’t be bothered to wait.
When she opened it again it was slammed open with the same abruptness.
And slammed shut again.
This sort of total lack of attention and general laziness made me feel she was drunk.
When I opened my food the taco shell was complete cracked open.
My burrito - supposed to have meat an extra cheese had no cheese and maybe a crumb of meat.
[This is not to mention that the coffee machine was down so I couldn’t get the drink I wanted.]. By the time I’d opened everything and started eating I was already far away from the restaurant.
I never write reviews but they went above and beyond in making this an unpleasant experience and unsatisfactory investment.
In the past I have had good experiences with this location so I would urge management to take a close look at the employees working at this particular time and make certain such poor quality behavior and product are not being replicated for other customers - let alone possible...
