As I pulled into the drive thru I was told to wait. While I was placing my order a car pulls around me. She pulls in front of me and proceeds to place five (5) separate orders This turned in to a 30 minute wait by the time I pulled out.
I was very upset about this as you can imagine.
The man working the window tried to do the right thing and was going to comp me ½ price. Which would stopped this entire complaint.
Then a woman from the back said something to him. He then came back and said he cant comp anything.
Full price!
I asked to speak to the manager, who was not there. He also had no card for her.
He did very sheepishly give me a card for a sandwich.
However the lack of professionalism from that employee and the resending of what he said is something that is very disappointing.
Dont know if I will return to that restaurant and with all the news about Arby's it concerns me for safety and as now about this.
As a bi-lateral upper body amputee and 50% total burn victim my life hard enough.
So when I get to go out my service dog, also goes with me.

Read moreI ordered food on app and came inside to get it. Though I said hello, the 2 guys working there did not even care to acknowledge I was there. The worse part is the guy working the window instructed the other guy who was mopping to make a sandwich. The guy stopped mopping, did not bother to wash his hands, then made the sandwich without a glove or anything. The guy working the window reached into a bag with his hands to get some mozzarella sticks for fryer, also used bare hands. Then guy working window brought me my order & did not look at me or say a word. I asked for a couple of sauces, so he got them and tossed on counter, never once looking at me or saying anything. I said thanks & have good evening, still did not even look or say anything. This was just a few days ago and it still bothers me. I was only person there. I have a feeling it could have been because they were racist, o don’t now. Regardless, though I live not far away, I’ve not been treated well there for past couple years. I will not ever go back. Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. This evening. I ordered a number 1. I was given only a drink and told to park and wait for the rest of my meal. After waiting 20 mins I decided to go inside. Once inside I was told an employee stole my food and left for the night and that employee laughed in my face. I was told I would have to wait more time for it to be made all over again. I asked for a refund and I was told I had to wait on that as well. Mind you there were no customers inside the store and only one at the window. With two drive thru employees standing together and one cook on staff. The cook was nice but stated they would help but do not work the cash register. This is the worst customer service I was ever received in my life. I will never eat at this...
