Working night shift and was trying to feed myself and 4 co-workers. Placed an order through the Domino's Pizza app. Order # 270 was received and an email confirmation sent from store # 5843. Debit card was charged for order. This order was placed at 07/01/20 @ 11:04pm.
I followed the pizza tracker on the Domino's app. It showed my order was in progress and eventually out for delivery. But no delivery driver ever showed up. At 12:04 AM, (1 hour after order), I placed 5 calls to store # 5843. On the 5th call the "manager" finally answered.
I asked when my order would be arriving. He stated that ALL orders that were placed in the last hour had been canceled and the customers called. I told him that I had not received a call and offered to screen shot my missed calls. He laughed and said "No, but we called you." When asked why the tracker said that my order was out for delivery, he stated, "The tracker goes off of time, not actual events."
When I informed him that we were night shift and were trying to get some lunch, he asked "Well what would you like me to do?" I asked that he make our order. He stated, "Well that ain't happening." When attempting to resolved the problem, he continued to talk over me and stated he wasn't going to "go back and forth with you." He then hung up on me.
Customer service was very poor. I have email confirmation that my order was received. No cancelation phone call was received, and my debit card had already been charged. It is a wonder why this store every has 2.5 stars with this kind of customer service. I would hope that Domino's corporate and this franchise owner expects more out of their employees and managers.
Night shift eats a lot of pizza, but we will NOT be ordering from this Domino's or any Domino's in the near future.

Online portal completely inept and when I finally got someone on the phone to take my order they agreed with me about the online ordering. it gets worse from here. it took two staff members on the phone to take my order. the first one handed me off to someone else halfway into my order which I thought was very unprofessional and rude. In my-sentence they just handed the phone to someone else. the next person repeated it back to me incorrectly three times!!! that phone staff needs a crash course in customer service. the extravaganza pizza delivered that night had very few toppings and look terrible. I would hate to know my sales staff has such low work ethics. hopefully Domino's corporate can turn this around soon. these $30 disappointments are getting old. I take no pride in writing reviews like this but someone up the food chain needs to know. Only two out of five of my experiences with Domino's is acceptable. I don't think that's a customer service percentage to be proud of. The best part of my experience was the delivery staff. I tipped him very well and was not going to penalize him for the way I was treated on the phone. my comment was your phone staff is costing you tips. he understood. He had all the associates in there scared to talk. He brought a late lady from the back to come and Handle me. He goes to tell me that he is going to take me out of the system and I could never buy anything from that Location. I asked him what is the manager name that’s over him he would not tell me at all. I have so much more to say I really need to speak to someone that in charge please contact me. He told me a manager by the name of Jason will be there tomorrow until 9 o’clock at night. I don’t know what is his status, but I will be up there tomorrow. If anybody is over Jason, can you please contact me? and the young lady asked me did I get my food and I told her yes and she basically told me I can leave. I do not know her name. You had people running the register and when they get done taking people money, they go fix food without washing hands. That is some So unsanitary.
