Female employees are very opinionated and talk about the customers very loudly when working. I'm certain that they know that people can hear them talking about others.
When I received my hot fudge sundae it had onions and meat in it (???).
6/12/21 8:30 pm.- Lady with raspy voice (like it was strained from yelling) was yelling at employees, talking loud about customers at the drive thru. I waited at the counter and as usual they ignored us. I spoke to a Mexican employee who looked like a custodian and he told the ladies "We need help" and the ladies looked at him like he was crazy. When I received my order the Fry bag was upside down in the bag. I told the person who gave it to me and it was corrected. I observed an employee wiping down the french fry holding area with a filthy white rag with brown and black stains on it then pouring a fresh batch of fries into that bin. As I was typing this a customer came inside and addressed the lady's at the drive thru window saying "you don't have to be so rude" I shot video of this event for a record of the encounter. This is not proper McDonald's etiquette.
6/18/22 6:30pm: Tables were filthy. Large roach on the floor near dining tables and entrance to childrens play area. All hand sanitizer stations were empty. In men's restroom the paper towel dispenser was hanging open with the towel roll inside sitting at an angle unrolled. The clerk said they had no clean food trays to give to dine-in customers. Ice dispenser was almost empty. Ketchup tray on front counter had old gummy material all over the outside. Some of ketchup packets were stuck together with different color sticky condiment material all over them. Employees still yell at each other despite a number of them are relatively new. French fries were dumped in my bag.
7/2/22 (4th of July weekend): Employees said that they could not make any burgers or chicken sandwiches. Customers were only offered chicken nuggets and french fries.
An employee was standing at the front counter near the registers eating which is a major health department violation (consuming food in a food preparation area).
7/4/22 (4th of July): Two order items were improperly prepared which I mentioned to the employee, when I asked about it he just shrugged his shoulders. A female employee walked up and said he didn't know how to prepare the items because "he is new". So I am being provided food items by employees who are not trained? Earlier I made a large order to be eaten in the restaurant and was given those items in a carryout bag by the store manager. Employees are in the back yelling at each other as I am typing this review.
7/17/22: We ordered a DINE-IN meal which included EXTRA LETTUCE on one sandwich and a Quarter Pounder hamburger, the order was placed on the kiosk. We received our order IN A BAG even though one clerk hand delivered trays of food to other patrons. When the clerk was questioned about the bag she shrugged her shoulders. One sandwich had NO LETTUCE and the Quarter Pounder had almost no condiments (see photo). This restaurant is very inconsistent in its practices on a daily basis. One of the kiosks has been malfunctioning for very long time just flickering and causes you to make improper order selections another kiosk just has an error...
Read moreToday I went through the drive-through at this location. After the pre-recorded message giving me the "special" and saying place my order when I am ready, I placed my order. No response came and a couple minutes later a voice came over the speaker asking me if I was ready to place my order. I again placed my order. When I was done a voice came over and said they couldn't hear me because I was too far from the microphone. I then leaned out of my window as far as I could and as loudly as I could placed my order. I was again told they couldn't hear me. I said I have placed my order three times. The woman came on and said I didn't have to have an attitude with her and that I needed to be louder. I started to place the order again, but got no response. I yelled, "Can you hear me?" No response. "Hello?!" No response. Then in a normal tone say I will just pull up and order at the window. To that I get a response of "OK." When I get to the window the cashier asks what I will have. I start placing my order with her and a woman with a microphone comes around the corner and interrupts and tells me that it's not her fault she couldn't hear me. At this point I tell her then must be something wrong with their equipment because a customer should not have to lean out of the window and scream their order and still not be heard. She gave me a head bob and said there's no reason to be that way and walked away. I then was able to place my order with the cashier. I said to her that at some other fast food establishments the person taking the order gives you their name as you order to ensure better customer service. She then replied in a snippy was. "Nope, we don't give you our names here." I said "I would guess not, or it would make it to easy for customers to complain about poor service." When I pulled forward the girl handing me our food was polite and all smiles. I complimented her and told the manager behind her that it was nice to have a happy person at that window when the people taking the order were terribly rude. I don't know if the equipment was faulty or if the drive through person was just having a laugh at my expense watching me through the camera trying in vain to place my order. Either way, the aggressive nature of the worker was completely uncalled for and...
Read moreFantastic Experience at McDonald's with a Touchscreen Order Machine!
Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5)
I recently visited McDonald's and had a fantastic experience, thanks to their new touchscreen order machine. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a giant iPhone-like device that made ordering a breeze. It was like having a personalized assistant guiding me through the menu options. The user-friendly interface and clear instructions made the process smooth and efficient.
I decided to order a kids meal because my boyfriend is absolutely obsessed with the recently released movie, "The Little Mermaid." The timing couldn't have been more perfect, as he was excited about the movie and I wanted to surprise him. The kids meal was exactly what I was looking for, complete with a charming "Little Mermaid" theme.
While ordering, I couldn't help but express my disappointment that my boyfriend had to work on the holiday, Juneteenth.
Now, let's talk about the food itself. When it arrived, it was piping hot and incredibly fresh. The burgers were juicy, the fries were crispy, and the soft drinks were perfectly chilled. The attention to detail in preparing the food was evident, and it definitely enhanced the overall taste.
The highlight of the kids meal was the Ursula toy, which my boyfriend absolutely loved. The level of detail in the makeup and the quality of the toy were impressive. It made the experience even more enjoyable for him, and I couldn't help but admire the thought put into the happy meal toys.
Overall, my visit to McDonald's was outstanding. The convenience and efficiency of the touchscreen order machine, coupled with the delicious food and attention to detail, exceeded my expectations. I appreciate the staff's commitment to providing great service, even on holidays. I highly recommend this McDonald's location for a delightful dining experience, whether you're a fan of "The Little...
