The employees have all been amazing when I've gone inside. However, I normally order ahead and pick up my order. I'll start off by telling you my account currently has 1905 stars. I'm not writing this to get free stars. Because I order everyday, I have plenty of opportunities to get more stars on my app. I get Starbucks every morning. I can't anymore because Order ahead has been turned off at this location and I don't have the time to wait 25 minutes in the drive through. Unfortunately, the last few times i did order ahead I placed my order at 8:10 a.m. and it wasn't ready until 8:37 a.m. The problem with this location is apparently mismanagement of labor: understaffed. As a district manager of stores across the country, I understand recruiting and hiring is very difficult. That said, I don't think that means you simply accept that and continue to deliver unacceptable service. I have been through airports in Dallas, Charlotte, DC, Chicago, Detroit, New York, Des Moines... takes me on average about 10 minutes to go through the line and get my order. Read moreHad bad experience one night out with friends. One of the ladies in our party got out to check if they were still open. Cars were also in the drive thru. We got out of the car to go inside. Literally walked to door and woman inside locked it in our face. People sitting outside were shocked as they had just gotten there orders and came outside to drink them. Usually will go through the drive thru and have always had a great experience. The behavior of the worker inside shocked me! Luckily we were able to take a short drive to another local Starbucks down the street (John Hawkins) where we were greeted with a friendly smile and were able to enjoy our coffee and conversation. The manager at this store actually treated us to coffee after we told him about the awful experience at the Medford location. The experience has made it extremely difficult to go back even though this location is closer to my home. I love Starbucks and would drive a bit farther to support another store that...
Read moreI will start by saying all of the employees have always been extremely nice every time I am here and I visit a LOT. However, I think this place has other issues that might be due to mismanagement or understaffing. It is always extremely slow compared to other Starbucks I go to in the area. One day I waited 30 minutes for one iced coffee I mobile ordered. Today it looked like cinnamon had been dumped in my drink. I couldn’t even drink it which is disappointing because it was over six dollars. It was like swallowing straight cinnamon even after I mixed it and dumped some out. I really wish they’d take the time to make sure the drinks are good quality since they’re so expensive. UPDATE: I ordered at 9:45 mobile order today and by 10:05 it was not ready. Had to leave...
