Oh my God, Wendy's on the corner of Lorna 150 and Highway 31 in Hoover worst experience that I have ever had when going into this store! First of all we stood in line for 20 minutes trying to get to the cashier there was only seven of us in line poor cashier felt so sorry for her she had to take orders make drinks grab Food Bag food no one was here for her there was like nine or ten people in the back one girl said I have my own stuff to do I don't have time to help her this poor little girl was trying her best to keep up with everything no managers were coming to help her there was a manager with braids or dreadlocks had no hair net on the guy that was on the fry station wipe down the fry station took the towel that he had just wipe the fry station down with three it in the trash the manager came over and told him that it was not clean so he got it back out of the trash and finish wiping it down my Self and other customers customers were totally flabbergasted. I only get an hour for lunch break and thought that this was going to be a good choice for me to drive down to! turns out it was the worst decision made possible tried to call and complain about the service did not see any 1-800 numbers nor was anyone answering the store phone tried to call the store for about three hours and no one answered the phone but I can just imagine why because the service was so terrible! Read moreIf I could give a negative review I would. The customer service is horrible. I saw a sign for a six dollar combo on the window. When I pulled up to the microphone I asked what were the details of the six dollar combos. I was met with silence so then I said you know what never mind I will order a wrap. I was rudely told there are no rap available but they did not use the word available. They just said we don’t have no wraps. And then began to question again about the six dollar combo because it looked pretty good in the picture I was met with silent again until I was rudely told to go look at a sign on the window. The sign on the window has pictures of two different burgers, and the number six the rest of the text with the details was too small to read from my car. Let alone I am at the ordering station. I cannot see the signs on the window so I didn’t said I cannot see those. Can I please have the details and then I was met with a sarcastic sigh and I said you know what never mind and drove away. I then decided to call the location and ask what does location mean wise because when I looked up it seems like they were multiple for the area I was doing that with someone saying who are you talking to like that because I said I think there are multiple locations so the name Hoover is not enough of identification or so I thought, however I was told to look up the location and I couldn’t talk to them like that. I never leave negative reviews, let alone at a fast food place, but this makes three times now I have placed a to go order at a reasonable time only to show up and to be told they are closed despite the hours on their door, website, and google saying otherwise. The first two times I let it go because the girl was very nice and didn’t make me wait around. This time I was waiting for close to 15 minutes at the speaker, with a line forming behind me so I pulled to the window. I made eye contact with one of the workers that then ducked back into the kitchen. Another woman came up and yelled through the window “can’t you see we’re closed?” I just said I’m sorry. I have an online order and got the repeated response of “we are closed” as said woman walked away. Shut it down or replace the management and crew. I managed a fast food restaurant for a few years. I understand that times are tough and working in food can be extremely stressful, but this is actually ridiculous and repeated behavior. Every other time that I’ve actually managed to receive food something simple has been wrong. I’ve only gone back simply because I do like Wendy’s and hey, mistakes happen.
