I arrived at 945. I was unable to complete my order online so I finally pulled to the speaker and it was around 8:57-858 I didn't realize they closed at 9:00 until they didn't answer the speaker at all and when I pulled up to the window it took me a minute to get somebody's attention she finally come and said no we're closed and that was it she had no empathy whatsoever for the fact that I've been sitting there trying to figure out the stupid app and she even said people have been having problems with the app so they don't recommend you order on there just order through drive-thru or come into the restaurant I was very upset because they seen me pull in they knew I was sitting out there and then ask her if she had any food left that we can make a meal out of and she said no we've already thrown it all the way and mind you that it was at 9:05 and they closed at 9:00 so I will never return to the...

Have eaten here several times before and was very pleased. My last visit was nothing like the others. The dining area was trashed, dirty floors littered with used napkins needed sweeping and mopping and no clean table or booth. I ordered the shrimp meal (I guess I should have stayed with chicken). Shrimp was small and the seasoned batter (not breading) left a lot to be desired. The service was prompt, but the meal appeared tossed on the plate. I realize it’s fast food. But, this trip was missing something. Staff was friendly enough, but someone should have left the counter and cleaned the dining area for about 15 minutes. Ordered a nibbler meal and got this. 2 of them were this amount of chicken and the third had about twice this amount. Spoke to a manager after I had already gotten home and settled, offered to make a second meal for me but I wasn’t about to get out again. Granted, she was very nice, and I’m sure she would have given me the meal, however this should never have happened in the first place. As someone who’s worked in kitchens, I would NEVER serve something this under portioned to a customer. Like just tell me you don’t have the chicken and it will be a minute.
