Honestly I am kinda of in shock. I ordered two large pizzas Feb 18th ,2024 around 11:20pm through grubhub, despite the store closing at 12 their delivery gps said it would be delivered around 11:55pm! and so at 11:30pm I noticed the address that I entered was wrong. I called the store which was less than 2 minutes down the road from me. The guy on the phone then told me “ we don’t have your order , maybe you placed it at the wrong store” I then hung up ,drove to the store as I’m pulling up I see the closing employees stuffing their mouths with my pizza ! As we are pulling they rush the food to the back , opened the door .. I asked him if they had an order , he then said ” yes but it was the wrong address so he canceled it and I should get a refund “ I said “okay cool were you the person I was talking to on the phone ?” He said “yes “ After waking up the next day I checked to see if I was refunded and the order was now showing “COMPLETE “ meaning no refund was made ! And so I called the store after waiting on hold for about 30 mins I got hold of a manager he then told me he would have to send it to corporate and they should process a refund by Friday! However I see no refund processing!
My whole thing is when I called , the employee could’ve of simply told me “yes you placed it with wrong address “ instead of lying and saying it was the wrong store . I would’ve been there in less than 2 mins to pick it up before they locked their doors. So unprofessional.I spent nearly $40 on pizza that was never received, so I’m stuck without my money or my pizza !

Read moreI placed my order online which was quick and user friendly. However when the delivery driver arrived at my house I noticed he was sitting in his vehicle for almost 8 minutes. I continued to watch and was getting ready to contact the store when he got out and started walking up to my door with my order. I had the door open and was waiting for him. He handed my my pizza and started explaining that he had to go back to his car because he left my salad in his delivery truck! I said OK I will wait. I stood there watching as he drove away. I was stunned!!! I called the store only to find out that the driver had left my salad order at the store and the driver was on his way to puck it up and deliver it to me. I explained to the guy on the phone that the driver had told me my salad was in his truck and he would just be a minute. I told the guy on the phone that by the time the driver gets back to my house with the rest of my order my pizza would be cold and I ordered the salad to eat with the pizza as a meal. He said he would give me a free 20oz soda!! REALLY!!! Wow I waited 26 minutes for the rest of my order to arrive and by the time my family and friends were able to eat the pizza was cold and soggy!! Thanks Domino's.. I am shocked that a company like yours would not offer to send out another hot pizza.. I even told the guy on the phone he could have the cold pizza back of they sent a hot and fresh one out with the salad. I was told that's not how...
Read moreRec'd my order and the pizza isn't exactly appetizing. Ordered double cheese on entire pizza and mushrooms/beef on one half. Pizza came quickly, but had a strip of bare crust. Appears that double cheese only landed on one half (not that it slid from one side to the other). So hungry I didn't want to wait for ANOTHER delivery and while it didn't look appetizing it was edible. Decided to call manager to let them know about the problem. Spoke w/Angela (that is the same name of the person that made the pizza according to the Domino's "tracker" but she never said she was the one that put the pizza together). She apologized for problem with pizza and offered to remake it and send another one. Told her I was so hungry I'd not wanted to wait for yet another delivery but thanked her for the offer. End of conversation... As someone who has been a manager and customer service rep., I was surprised that she didn't offer to credit my credit card with at least a "token/partial" refund for the problem. Delivery time was quick; crust was crusty as I'd requested...but it looked pretty bad. Not likely to order again from them anytime soon because I certainly didn't get what I paid for ...and it should have been right...
