This is the first local coffee shop we've been to in the area and we have really enjoyed it so far!
The shop is hidden away from the road and doesn't initially look like a coffee shop. When you enter, there are several seating areas that are open but also provide separation from other parties. There are a variety of cute signs and displays on the wall. There is also a section where they display local small business business cards.
The coffee is very strong flavor which I enjoy. They offer milk substitutions of almond, soy, and oat milk. You are able to order one of their pre-selected flavor combinations or request your own. They even offer an extra large size, which I really need on the days I feel I'm dragging.
The workers are really nice and sociable. They seemed excited to assist you with whatever you requested and they take the time to remember the regulars (I have not experienced this first hand but I have witnessed it with other customers). They also offer a rewards card that gives you a free drink on every...
Read moreI've had wonderful experiences visiting Cumberland Coffee Roasters. My first visit was by chance as Starbucks couldn't get it right. Kaelin (I hope I caught her name right) greeted me with such kindness on my first visit that I've returned many times since. She works most late afternoons and she is an absolute sweetheart. She really took her time with menu suggestions and takes such pride in making the perfect cup of coffee. Her kindness with each customer that came in was highly appreciated as you don't get such wonderful customer service like this anymore. I know the owner knows they have a true gem in her! The coffees shop in itself has a "At Home" vibe which I love. I learned that the coffee beans are roasted in house. The owner has a wonderful story on how is small business began. I will definitely support for these reasons and the consistent high quality taste and even better service by the...

The feel of the place is super comforting, it’s something about the smell of FRESH coffee that puts ya in a Great mood haha. I was suggested a local favorite, the creme brûlée, which I got & a hot Chocolate for my daughter. I am always hesitant to get hot drinks for my daughter b/c they’re always boiling hot (she’s 4) but Ms Liz hands me the hot chocolate & says, “Here’s the hot chocolate, it may not be hot enough haha I remember when my daughter was that small”, I sipped it to do a temp check & it was PERFECT. It’s the little things like that that you can only find at a local spot ! Cumberland Coffee Roasters, thanks to Ms Liz, you have a new regular!!! Thank...
