They gave us the wrong pizza! I actually live roughly a 5 minute drive away from this location, granted, I didn’t realize they were so close by and would’ve driven over there instead. It was roughly 9-9:30 pm when my order arrived, which in itself wasn’t much of an issue. The delivery guy was very friendly and nice when he pulled up. I got a few items from this place and my main concern was the pizza. I ordered a pizza with alfredo sauce and Chicken and I did get that, WITH pretty much EVERY other topping I DIDNT ask for. At first I just was bummed out and thought that since they were nearby, I could just give them a call and it would’ve been a quick fix, but that is not what happened. When I called, it put me through the series of little ads it has before ringing to call the store itself (this is important), when it finally went through a lady on the other side asked how she could help me, I explained the situation to her. All she said to me was, “Oh” and then I think she said “hold on”? but i’m not too sure because it was hard to hear her even with speaker on max. She then proceeded to put me on hold for 5-10 minutes, and throughout these 5-10 minutes all I hear over and over are the stupid Ad’s that were repeating from before the phone call. I didn’t hear a single thing back from her. I was hungry, tired and kind of over it. I ended up hanging up the call because I kind of felt like they left us on hold on purpose? Yes I probably could’ve been a little more patient and it could easily not be the case and that they were just busy. But I just found it kind of weird otherwise. It was my boyfriends first time trying domino’s and I was super excited to get him to try it, only for it to kind of just be “okay.” Something I do want to say on the side is that we also got a few other items, one of them including the 5 cheese dip. They barely gave less than an inch of the actual cheese dip to the point where after 1 dip you could immediately see the bottom of the tray. I opened it up and checked that it was indeed hot, but upon trying to eat you found it was absolutely soggy and grease filled both pizzas equally so. I just paid $22 including the tip for two pizzas I can't eat. I don't complain often but it's real obvious they left it sitting and sitting and sitting until they could finally send it out for delivery. The delivery guy was nice and polite it's obviously an issue in store. Since they were an hour getting here after it came out of the oven I started calling the store about 10 minutes previous to the delivery getting here because I was going to cancel. I was put on hold multiple times the phone picked up and switched me directly over to hold over and over again and when I finally did speak to someone I asked for a manager and was held online for 5 minutes I was still on hold as the delivery man was pulling out of the driveway no one ever came on the phone. My roommate may order from y'all again but I promise you I never will I'm actually sitting here feeding the pizza to the dog it is so greasy and disgusting I can't eat it and I don't want to bother calling the store back again and being put on hold for god-knows-how-long because I definitely don't want a pizza that has been tampered with.
