We have eaten there many times after flyball tournament . Today was no exception we pulled in as usual we had to go to the walk-up window in front because we had our travel trailer. The lady came to take our order. And as we were giving our order after she took the third person‘s order she walked away and never came back finally I asked if she was coming back because I still had to place one more meal on the ticket. She did walk back to the window finally and completed our order. Completion of our order took almost 15 minutes. there was only one car in the drive-through at that time the next thing I know my husband gets out of the vehicle 30 minutes later and walks up to the window and asked the manger where is our food ?That we had been standing outside for 30 minutes in the heat. She kept shutting the window on my husband and refused to answer him finally they shoved our order out the window. My granddaughter asked him if that was all the food they said yes. Well it’s a good thing that she stopped and checked we were missing food and then when we went back to get the food that we were missing with the receipt, another employee came to the window with an attitude. We explain to him what we were missing and would appreciate getting our food. He shoved it out the window when we ask him for some forks for the chili cheese fries and some sauce for the chicken strips. We Had no straws for drinks and no one would go back and ask because they didn’t want another attitude. I understand people are understaffed. But after paying over $40 for food I expect my food to be hot and it all be there and have straws for Our drinks without an attitude. It’ll be a long time before we stop there again and I’ve also notified corporate. With employees attitudes cold food. It’s not a very good...
Read moreI ordered my food. The hot dogs I ordered weren't ready. The associate told me to pull into the handicap slot and she would bring it out. As I was going the handicap designated parking spot there was a van in the spot and I couldn't park there. There was an employee sitting there smoking talking to a gentleman. The gentleman just glanced. I am an Honorably Discharged United States Air Force Disabled Veteran. I live in tx and I am here in hopkinsville kentucky visiting family. In tx you are required to have license plate in the front and rear of your car. I ha a "DV", Plate on the the front and rear of my vehicle. When Monica brought my food I calmly, Respectfully told her I was a Disabled Veteran, asked her to let the gentleman know that people like me need and used those spots. She said, with no smile, no apology, and rude tone, we let anyone use those spots. I told her that's nor the law. She repeated her same response in the same rude tone. I told her take the food back I dont want it just give me...
Read moreAlright. So my husband & I had heard outstanding things about this place from co workers, AND the great reviews we had read on google convinced us to try it out! We were highly disappointed in the quality of food to say the least. We ordered combo meals, one the chicken basket & the bacon burger (I don’t remember the actual name on the menu, sorry!). My husband had asked for the bacon on the burger to be made crisper if possible and they said will do. The bacon was undercooked, more so raw. (I took a photo but can’t seem to upload it). And the meat patties were not really seasoned, a bit bland if you will. His loaded fries were great! The little chicken poppers tasted just like the Banquet TV meal chicken you buy out of the frozen food section at Walmart for $1.25. The sweet tea tastes like a lemon/tea (which I didn’t know, I should’ve asked!). Overall the food was just gross to our tastebuds, which we were so sad about; & ended up just throwing it all away when we stopped down the...
