Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Hopkinton

I’ve been ordering from this location for about 2 years, and today was by far the worst experience. The delivery driver dropped my food directly on the ground in the wet dirt and didn’t even wait 10 seconds for me to get to the door. It’s been raining for the past two days — no human should be expected to eat food that’s been sitting in that. When I called the store to report it, the first employee lied and claimed to be the manager. Then another person got on the phone, saying he was the manager — and when I told him about the lie, his exact response was: “Well what do you want me to do about it.” He even tried to claim they “always” put food on the ground, which is simply not true based on my years of ordering here. We had delivery twice and both times they took over an hour to deliver and we are a 5 minute drive. The instructions for the order was to go to the side door. Not sure about the first time but we went down stairs when the app showed they were on their way. The delivery driver never got out of their car. They drove around the rotary and left. We canceled the order. They said they did try to call and yes the number was not correct but then why have an app that let's you know when they are on their way and why leave delivery instructions if they don't follow them. Pizza wasn’t to bad but wasn’t the pizza I ordered, I ordered New York Stile and them made a regular pizza , but the big deal even after bad service , no enough waiting area, no restrooms for my grandma , no cups for the soda , no plates for the slices, was the OLD DOUGH, I’m chef with pretty good experience (I know , you can say ….
