Arby's — Restaurant in Horizon City

Received a burger, no words, just look at the pictures. See-through cheese like if it was out all day before getting wrapped with fresh buns, a burger that looks like it was pulled out from under the grill and served to a customer, hair cemented onto bacon with old cheese. This is just disrespect, and lack of care for food safety and the safety of others. I've never been so disrespected by this Arby's. Usually, they send normal food, and I don't even have to second glance at it, but it's safe to say I will never trust this restaurant or it's staff ever again. I just picked up the Classic Beef ‘N Cheddar Meal from Arby’s, and it absolutely hit the spot! The roast beef was tender and piled high and the cheddar cheese sauce was perfectly creamy. The curly fries were hot, crispy and seasoned just right. My drink was ice-cold and refreshing.

Have not had Arby's in a while seeing how they were closing down for a while around here. I was skeptical about trying one but decided to try this one. The food was great but the service was beyond fantastic and very clean. The gentleman named Darius was very wonderful to me and my whole family. We will be going back one because the food but also because Darius made it such a great experience....
