I came here for the first time and never again. The girl at the register with the short burgundy hair got so mad when I told her I didn’t want my bolis “ice pops” in the same bag as the raw chicken because of cross contamination. WHO in their right mind would even do that. Those are basic skills to have especially in the meat market. Why get mad when I told her I wanted a separate bag? I asked her nicely and obviously some people will appreciate learning something new but there is always those people that would never let their ego accept they are wrong. When she gave me my total and I wanted to pay with a $50 bill she said she couldn’t accept it because she couldn’t accept nothing over $20 lol even tho I spent $35 and she didn’t have to give me more that $15 in change. I knew she did that because she was butt hurt that I corrected her about the cross contamination. I was ok with it and was about to walk out when she said “ pero si es lo único que trai te lo acepto” haha good lord I can tell this girl was fighting with her ego while I was standing there silent just letting her fight her angry demons on her own. I only have one star so I could post. They don’t deserve ANY AT ALL. Bought tortillas and they were moldy. Without recounting the entire story, the rude manager, Lizette, said I could have credit. I said I’d be back next day cuz I had to go to work since it took her about 15 minutes to come take care of me after being told about my refund. Next day I show up and supposedly I can’t buy anything with my whopping $4.29 credit except their crappy “pan dulce”. She has no way of covering the other two items I wanted, according to her. She frustrated the hell out of me and my son so we just left. Never going back and I’ll make sure I tell everyone that their hours suck, the pan dulce is not very good at all, the manage or whatever she is, Lizette, is rude and acts like she can’t speak any English, and her cashiers have terrible attitudes too.
