So today we decided to try a new location thinking we might have a better experience and I must say we were really disappointed. When we arrived the place wasn't packed which was a plus for us, however they took a long time to give us our order and I was even more disappointed, the pizza appeared to have been old, like they had made it a long time ago and then just reheated it to give to us. We ate it because we were really hungry and we no longer wanted to wait for them to prepare a new one. Then to make it worse we went to the play area and were playing for a little while and then without even announcing or giving a 5-10 minute warning they shut off all the games which I totally understand when it's closing time but every other Peter piper gives an announcement stating the games will be shut off in 10 minutes. Overall it was a bad experience and we regret going to this location. This is exactly what our pizza looked like when we received it all nasty,...
Read moreI visited Peter Piper Pizza with my family for lunch on a weekday. The restaurant was clean and spacious, with a game room that had a variety of games for different ages. The service was decent, but not very attentive or friendly. We had to wait a long time for our order to be ready. The pizza was okay, but nothing to write home about. The crust was thin and crispy, but the cheese and toppings were bland and greasy. The salad bar was fresh and well-stocked. The drinks were refillable, but the ice machine was out of order. The prices were reasonable for the amount of food and games, but I expected more quality and flavor. Overall, Peter Piper Pizza was an average experience for us. We had some fun, but we were not impressed by the food or the service. I would give it a 3 out of 5...
Read moreWas there for the lunch buffet. Really like the fact that this Peter Piper places specialty pizzas in the buffet, like all meat, the classic pepperoni, the worx, alfredo and chicken, hamburger pizza, the chicago, in regular, pan, and thin crust. The other one i usually go to its only pepperoni, only ham, only cheese, maybe a pineapple and ham, or pineapple and pepperoni, the breadstick pizza that sits mostly untouched. The staff was pretty friendly, specifically the young man cleaning the tables. He was polite and courteous, and would always ask if he could take the dirty plates, instead of just reaching in and taking them away....
