Starbucks — Restaurant in Horizon City

My visit to Starbucks on Horizon was disappointing as always. I had gone a bit earlier by drive through wasn’t rude to them but this staff lacks experience and professionalism as if they had just gotten out of high school like children looking at each other when I returned as failing to great and ask how they can help. I proceeded to the counter where they looked at each other as to see who was going to “deal” with me they botched my drink order by taking my “cold”drink that was a warm drink and poured cold foam in it and said “here you go”, Starbucks isn’t cheap so I returned it will not being going back to any Starbucks since there’s always attitude and entitlement to always wanting tips and switching their attitude when declining the option to do so they’re childish managers as well need to stop being promoted because he was there and didn’t bother to attend either that promotions should be given to employees that are better manners and suiting for the position and not act dumb about it I’ll be taking my business to Dutch Bros. Never had an issue and they can talk and do their jobs and not act like snob and stupid that’s embarrassing even for me to be acting like...

The good thing of this Starbucks is that is close to my home, and well Horizon also needed a Starbucks too 😝 but anyway, this Starbucks has cozy vibes, and the outdoor seating looks nice too. The staff who take my order are nice and caring. They always get my drink correctly and quick too. I don’t think I had ever needed to wait for a long time 😅 I may say that my previous drink that I usually order, which is the passion tea with lemonade, it didn’t actually had lemonade in it. I thought maybe they had forgotten to add it, I probably didn’t mentioned to add lemonade, or they ran out. But it wasn’t a problem with me, since with or without lemonade, it still tastes good for me! I was actually also happy to say that I was able to get my mom Starbucks too and she liked it too! I got her one time the Strawberry Açaí Lemonade Refresher, and the Pineapple Passionfruit Lemonade Refresher. Let me tell you, she liked both of them! Shout out to Susan for being manager of the year in my eyes lol I called today because my caramel frap wasn’t tasting the same as it usually does and she advised me to go back to get my remake. I got my delicious frappe and turns out it’s a size bigger than the original and on top of that she gave me a gift card. Way to show how valuable us Starbucks customers are ;) — also! Ryan is exceptionally great at providing customer service in the drive thru!
