Starbucks — Restaurant in Horizon City

This Starbucks is absolutely horrible. I pick up coffee almost every morning and it’s always wrong. The staff has a horrible attitude and constantly argues with customers. I’ve voiced this to the district manager already and nothing changes. Today I picked up coffee again for myself and my coworkers and one of the orders I picked up was supposed to be hot. I voiced it to the girl at the window and she literally took the drink back and poured the drink into a hot cup! I was shocked and asked her if she was serious and her response was “we don’t steam the milk unless put on the app during the order”. Helllooo the drink is warm and it wasn’t my order. I couldn’t believe she even said that. She then took it back again and “warmed it up” literally took the cold drink and just poured out the ice and warmed it up. This location is absolutely horrible and the fact that I have to now drive to a completely different Starbucks when one is right next door is unacceptable. Don’t waste your money and just go to Dunkin’ for your shaken espresso drink. This location served mine with almost no ice, and layered the drink like a latte (I used to be a barista, but you don’t need to be one to know it looked wrong). I tried to just drink it and not complain, but it was basically all milk. When I showed them how light it was, I got charged to fix it. The music was way too loud and the store was dirty. 4/5’s was foam! I also tipped the attendee 15% thinking I’d get better service but I guess that was too low?

Seriously , $7 for a small cup of coffee to get 4/5 of product. INSANE.

Been here a few times but it just keeps regressing. I don’t understand , maybe they’re just not making money...
