Moge Tee is a notable boba tea spot that offers a range of tasty drinks, albeit falling slightly short of some exceptional options available in Central Florida. While the beverages are good and above average, I have experienced more amazing boba drinks in the area for a lower price. Considering these aspects, I rate Moge Tee with four stars, as it still manages to deliver a satisfying experience.
Let's begin with the drinks. Moge Tee serves up a variety of flavorful options that are enjoyable and above average in taste. While they may not be the absolute best in Central Florida, they are still worth trying. The boba texture is pleasing, and the flavors provide a refreshing burst. However, for the price point, I have come across other boba tea establishments in the area that offer even more exceptional flavors.
One aspect that truly stands out at Moge Tee is its extraordinary ambiance and interior decor. Undoubtedly, it boasts one of the best-designed and aesthetically pleasing atmospheres among the Moge branches in Central Florida. The attention to detail in the decoration creates a visually appealing environment that enhances the overall experience. The inviting and comfortable atmosphere sets it apart from other boba tea shops.
Unfortunately, the service at Moge Tee falls slightly short. The workers tend to be less talkative and may not acknowledge customers as much as desired. Additionally, the service can be on the slower side, resulting in longer wait times. Furthermore, the app they use for orders may not function optimally, occasionally indicating that a drink is ready when it is not. These aspects contribute to a somewhat underwhelming service experience.
However, it's important to note that despite these shortcomings, the outstanding ambiance at Moge Tee elevates the overall experience. The combination of the visually pleasing decor and the good boba drinks still makes it a solid choice in the Central Florida boba tea scene.
In conclusion, Moge Tee provides a satisfying boba tea experience with flavors that are good and the ambiance inside the establishment is extraordinary and sets it apart from its counterparts. While the service and app functionality could be improved, the overall experience at Moge Tee is enjoyable, earning it a solid...
Read moreI’m extremely frustrated with this experience. Let’s talk about the positives first. It’s extremely customizable. They have computers where you can place your order, choose what you want, how sweet, etc. They have options that a lot of other places don’t have. The con to this is that you cannot be warned or made sure that is exactly what you want. I ordered a Taro tea, I’ve ordered this drink from a lot of other places and apparently here they use REAL taro versus powdered. I was so excited to try it! I did arrive 15 minutes before close, but it’s tea. I always tip well and I didn’t think it would be an issue. Just be warned that this was used as an excuse as to why it couldn’t be remade or replaced.
I tried it and it was terrible. The texture is awful and it didn’t taste cohesive at all. The milk was very separate from the taro and the boba was not like it usually was. It didn’t have the same shape, it was almost like the boba was splitting and it wasn’t as chewy as normal. I went back in and said it was terrible. I showed the texture and I said I wouldn’t drink it. I paid $11.30 for this taro, the most I’ve ever spent on boba before ever. They were unwilling to make something else and they were unwilling to refund. They said because the sign listed that it was real taro that I should have known that was what I was getting. I asked about the customer service and said that why would anyone choose this place over places like Starbucks when they will remake your drink as many times as you need? They stated that management didn’t allow for refunds because the owner wasn’t there. If that’s the case, then an owner needs to be there during close. Upsetting customers is not how you keep your doors open. I didn’t think about pictures because I was so upset and glad to rid myself of this awful drink. Do yourself a favor and ask a million questions before ordering or find another boba place. They won’t help you if you don’t like it. Will not come back and will make sure others know what they’re getting...
Read moreSo I have gone to this location twice. I was excited to finally have a Boba place in the area but both of my experiences have been disappointing. The restaurants interior is small and Instagram friendly but that's about where it stops. You walk in and there's only two tablets where you can order drinks at. Once you eventually get to the tablet to order the menu is extremely confusing with how its user interface is designed. Instead of having individual drinks and when you click on them you choose the size they have every size as well as every version of the drink on the menu so you have to scroll and read each one individually to make sure you're ordering the correct one you want. This confusion could be easily avoided if you had a simple menu design where you select your drink, what size you want and what toppings you want as well as any substitutions you'd like to make in a sub menu for your selection. Now for how the drinks actually tasted I can't really tell you because everything I ordered tasted exactly the same. The first time I ordered the Crème brûlée milk tea and it tasted like I went to my fridge and poured myself a glass of milk. The second time I ordered the Taro Milk Tea as well as the Oreo milk tea and again they both tasted exactly like milk with the Oreo just having Oreo dust mixed in. Idk if the workers just aren't making the drinks correctly or what it is but I cant imagine that this is the only Boba place where they take the word "Milk" in Milk Tea literal and thats what it's supposed to taste like and it's not just the base of the drink. With these two experiences being such disappointments I don't see myself returning...
