I came in like almost every other morning to order 2lg iced Carmel coffee with extra cream Carmel and chocolate with 3 esspresso shots. Same thing we've got for over a year now. Today the coffee was trash. Completely undrinkable unless you enjoy just espresso. No Carmel to be identified through sight or taste... no liquid sugar... which is free if I may add. Just some chocolate in the bottom. We returned them and told them they we're incorrect and was immediately met with attitude from the coffee station.. a voice yelling out "well what's wrong with em!?" Kristy told her they weren't made correctly they had no flavor at all and we're in all the time. The lady added more chocolate and said we would be charged for anything else..... we asked for liquid sugar. That's it. This is after waiting over 15 mins for 2 coffees that were made incorrectly and veirra I believe was her name down right refused to make it right. So I asked for my money back. I had to wait a while for the manager to show up. In thay time I noticed every order with coffee was not coming out in a timely manner nor we're they correct. Michelle makes out coffee perfect everytime. So does almost every other employee including Kristy. This is by far the worst service I've received at this location and I stopped using 2 other locations for the same reason. I'm gonna take a break with this location for a while. The rest of the crew is great. Friendly, helpful, warm greetings. But it only takes one bad apple to spoil the bunch and after today. I have a bad taste in my mouth... I hope something is done about this because that kind of disrespect over simple sugar is bad for business. And also the lack of speed and accuracy was all becoming a backlash on the manager. Which isn't fair because of one person's bad attitude and lack...

I'm rating it a 1 for this particular visit. Not as an overall statement of this facilities performance over the years I've visited it. Below will be some pictures that I'm adding of the time of my visit along with A. A still ever slightly raw burger, and B. Mustard on said burger when I had asked for mustard and pickles to be left off very nicely. I do recognize that mistakes happen. In the restaurants defense, I've gladly eaten steak medium rare, and I get that it can be easy to forget to omit certain ingredients on accident in a high paced work area. However all of these things combined , now including the note that my visit took nearly 15 minutes start to finish, leave a bitter taste in my mouth for tonight's visit.

Its one thing to say people make mistakes, however its another to find such a disastrous visit anything less than a complete neglect of attention being payed to the details of the order and the actual completion of said order. The workers were talking amongst themselves in front of the window for the first 5 minutes or so, one of them working on the soda machine before going to the other window to take an order. When the other customers order was taken they then asked me to pull around and wait. I did so with no complaint. I waited anywhere from 7 to 10 minutes more there until finally my food was out. Of course not before two other customers were taken care of and left. It was a medium sized order. One burger, one order of fries, and two orders of nuggets. The nuggets were fresh but the fries were old, and of course as I stated above the burger was maybe a little too "fresh" for my liking being still quite pink in the middle.

Overall it was a unsatisfying visit. I hope to see it get better...
