Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Hot Springs

I last visited in 2020 due to declining service. Well, not a lot has changed overall. The restaurant seemed to not understand that it was 34 degrees outside because it was equally cold in the dining room. The few customers I saw there all kept coats on.

The young white male at the register was fair at best. He took our order and seemed just ready to move on. More on him in a minute.

Our food came out and for the price, I could have gone to many other places. The salads there used to be huge and much cheaper. The container was lacking lettuce and was stingy for nearly $11. My wife ordered a four-strip meal and they only gave her one BBQ sauce. My daughter went to request ketchup and one more sauce. Time for Mr. Personality to reappear now.

He gave her ONE ketchup packet and said it would be a charge for a dip. An order of fries requires more than a single packet partner. As my daughter requested more, he rolled his eyes before giving her a few more. I held myself back from going and giving him a piece of my mind.

It might be a while before I try again, this location seems to be interested in preclosing and not guest...

The food was great! Chicken Cobb Salad was good and the dinner plate was fine. That being said, I have only been through the drive through one time before and that experience was fine. Today was different. It was 5:15 and there were only 2 other occupied tables, not busy. Sha'kay was on the register, when my companion asked the difference in the salads, she looked blankly and would not speak up. After hearing the confusing exchange, the drive through worker, seeming frustrated, came over to help. After the order was placed and picked up, I found that I was not asked about my sauce selection, they just put Zaxby's sauce on my tray, so I went to the counter to ask for my preference, only to be told it would be $.25. I went to my table, back to the counter, ordered 2 sauces, and an additional dressing and paid. I forgot to ask for catsup for my french fries, but oh well. Needing a to go box, I approached the counter and left a $1 bill and asked for a container, I can only assume there is a charge for that as well. We really appreciate you guys for day. The you so much Lake Hamilton Bounce House Rental for providing physical activity q that was Safe & Fun entertainment for our Children that is much need more of. This town needs more places for our children to go & be safe. I grew up here & it makes me sad there's nothing & no place for my children & grandchildren to go & do. I Loved Crystal Palace skate Land. I really appreciate Zaxby's & Lake Hamilton Bounce Rental for the time & effort they provided for us as a community today. It was a nice surprise to go with lunch. I would also like to thank all the Cheerleader's & Band teens that were there for being so nice & fun with the mummy wrapping contest.
